I started working with Lexi after doing PT at Atlas for an Achilles injury. She keeps the workouts fun, varied and challenging so I've continued to work with her a couple of days a week for the last 9-10 months. In that time my strength, flexibility and balance have improved tremendously. My posture has also gotten noticeably better with my core strength. The work we've done on stabilizing muscles makes me more confident pushing myself. I can't wait for ski season!

Lexi has teamed up with Atlas Physical Therapy to create an amazing program emphasizing strength and conditioning post therapy recovery. Lexi customizes your individual workout to be challenging and effective for your specific issues. Having years of lower back pain; intensive core workouts and stretching were the answer towards stabilizing my entire core region bringing relief to my back. Now, we are engaging in a more total body workout which has been absolutely fantastic in improving coordination and balance to my 52 year old body. I have felt great since I started these workouts.

Lexi is SO great! She does an incredible job of meeting you exactly where you are, taking your goals into account and creating the right program to get you where you want to be. I am constantly impressed by all that she knows and she is so dedicated to figuring out what works for me, even as a virtual client! She knows how to combine what you want and what you actually need - for me at least these are often two different things - while making workouts both enjoyable and challenging. I’ve been to PT at Atlas several times and always get great care and results. In the spring, I graduated from PT and started working 1:1 coaching weekly with Lexi and my personally designed program on the days in between. Lexi is an outstanding coach: she pushes the correct amount and designs programs to keep boredom away! Through my work with Lexi and team - I’m back to doing all my favorites!

Lexi really knows her stuff! It helps that she used to work directly with my physical therapist, as she knows my injury history as well as my goals. I have learned so much about proper form and balance, the importance of stretching and foam rolling versus just heading straight into a workout. I also really appreciate her motivational style. It really helped me get back on track, and now I feel and look terrific!

Everyone at Atlas Physical has been amazing with my dad. He started by doing PT sessions with Kate and Dave which helped him tremendously with his balance. He now has weekly sessions with Lexi as a personal trainer and she does an amazing job in helping him with his balance and keeping him in shape. Couldn't say enough positive things about the people that we have worked with. Highly recommend!

As someone who has dealt with injury after injury caused by EDS, I am extremely grateful to Atlas PT, Alex, and Lexie. Alex has put me back together after surgeries, and is the best PT I have ever had. He is truly a miracle worker. Now I am so lucky to be working with Lexie as my trainer extrodinaire. As anyone with EDS knows, it is way too easy to get injured working with a trainer that does not understand EDS. Lexie does. We make slow, but diligent progress. She always checks to make sure I am not hyperextending, and that my positions are correct. I have mad huge huge strides in both stabilty and strength thanks to her patient, positive, and very careful approach. When I come in hurt, she very carefully finds ways to keep me moving forward without aggravating an injury. Lexie is incredibly talented at what she does, and has been the only trainer I have ever worked with who truly understands how to help, protect, and push me all at the same time.
