ATI Physical Therapy

The people that I worked with were friendly however I never seemed to know who I would be working with from day to day even though I had requested a specific person at the beginning. The facility seemed crowded and therapists were working with several clients at the same time providing little privacy or close attention. This made it difficult to give feedback and receive instructions in the moment. Also, I found it curious that little or no information is given on line about individual staff personnel as far as background and training. Being new to the atmosphere of PT, I could not tell who were therapists, assistants or simply receptionists. I was in great pain in my early sessions of therapy, and would have appreciated closer attention, and better communication.

Great team of physical therapists! They are knowledgeable, kind, and have helped so much with the pain I’ve had in my neck! Grateful and highly recommend!!

I was referred to this facility by Veterans Affairs and I enjoyed my stay. My therapist was Sara and she’s such a sweet heart. My therapy results was great, I could tell a difference in my back and my hips. I noticed painful areas getting better. She is a great therapist. There faculty is clean and I saw them disinfecting often when I was there. The staff is friendly, patient, understanding and they will help you every step of the way.

The PTs at ATI Vestavia are all great! It is always a friendly and encouraging environment!

Fantastic hands on approach. Everyone works as a team here to serve patients. Great energy and a very positive staff. They did a good job understanding my injury and helping me recover. Great follow up exercises as well. This staff cares about their clients.

Brett and Angie have been great to work with in my recovery from back surgery. And Courtney made the scheduling and payment process very easy.

Brett, PT, has absolutely changed my life in 3 visits. (Hip and lumbar pain and torn adductor) I have been dealing with this discomfort and suffering for two years. I am so thankful for ATI they know how to work with athletes and their focus is to get you back doing the things you love. The staff is great.

It was an excellent rehab! They got me back up and and on my surgical foot in no time! Morgan was fantastic and such a positive attitude as I was going through rehab.
