ATI Physical Therapy

ATI Physical Therapy Rice Mine is awesome. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Missy and McCall are outstanding ladies. They help in every way and always make you feel welcome. I’m happy to have met them and thankful for their help!

Very disappointed with my recent visits to ATI PT on Rice Mine Loop road in Tuscaloosa. This is the 4th time that I have been referred here for PT. The first 3 times I was will pleased and had great experiences. Although, the first time they were a different company, the second or third time they were changing over to ATI. My visits consisted of tinge unit and heat for 10-15 minutes, then therapist would rub down sore, or hurt areas. Then exercises for the body part that was hurt. Then ice. The visit would be an hour to an hour fifteen minutes. This time, there was little of what I just mentioned. It was all exercises, no tinge unit, no heat, no therapist working on area and no ice. AND the exercises lasted about 40 minutes. I am very displeased and I be contacting my insurance company and letting them know that the over $1200 that they billed was a rip off. I use to brag on this location and tell my friends and family that yall were great. Now I have to go back and tell them to find someplace else. I also will tell every doctor that I visit the same thing. I stopped after my 3 visit, what they were having me do is the same thing I do at the gym, they were worthless.

I’m getting lots of help at ATI on Rice Mine Rd with my back and shoulder injury. My therapist, Katherine G has really helped me! Everyone is kind and helpful here. Sure appreciate them.

They did such an awesome job with helping my grandmother with her physical therapy! She can’t stop talking about how nice and knowledgeable they were during her session.

This ATI location is the best! McCall and Missy were wonderful and everyone else was so nice! Will be suggesting this location to all my friends and family!

BIG shout-out to the ATI team for making miracles happen while making you feel like family. It doesn't get much better than that. Thank you to Olivia, both Katherines, Brittany, Joe and the best for last my buddy Mike. God Bless y'all for all that you guys do!

ATI is really helping me with my therapy, when I went to my doctor appointment I told him about my therapist and my treatment.

Wonderful staff. Relaxed space for healing. Missy, Amanda, and Ty are a blessing to work with. ❤️
