Excellent all around. You’ll be in the care of a great team of therapists who work well together to assess and address your specific needs. They design a set of exercises just for you, guiding you through them to make sure you’re comfortable and in proper form, and making adjustments along the way to help you progress. I’ve made significant improvements after a relatively short time. The facility is clean, bright, and well-equipped. I sincerely recommend ATI Harrison – a place where everyone knows your name and it feels like family (in a good way).

This is the best physical therapy place that exists. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Sam and William are amazing, I felt better after every visit. They are flexible with scheduling and understanding if you can’t make a visit. They care about your wellbeing and listen to your concerns. They have helped my confidence to return to work and my daily activities. Best place ever, I will miss working with Sam very much.

The staff here was not only knowledgeable and effective, but extremely fun and easy to be around. They made coming to physical therapy something to look forward to, and I almost can’t wait for another part of my body to give out so I can come and enjoy their company again…almost. If you are looking for a physical therapist in East Tucson, I cannot recommend this place enough! William is an absolute sleuth at figuring out what ails you and how to address it. If you guys read this, thanks for everything!

I am currently going to PT for a knee replacement surgery. This is my 3rd time at this ATI location and just as in the past with ATI I'm receiving great care at this very upbeat location. Everyone is very professional, caring and for me most importantly they listen to me and my concerns and find a solution. I definitely will come back to ATI in the future if I have a need for PTI. Great experience.

The ATI location on Harrison and Old Spanish Trail is the place to be for your physical therapy needs. There are fantastic people who are kind, understanding, and very knowledgeable. I felt comfortable to work with any of the folks here. They helped me get better and taught me how to keep at it. Hopefully I don’t need more therapy, but if I need to, I know where to go. Thank you William and your thank you to your awesome team!

Friendly staff. They know their stuff! I had back surgery 2 months ago. Started PT recently. I was hesitant at first, but I admit, it helps!! They have been so encouraging! I now look forward to my appointments. I’d recommend them to anyone who needs help.

This is my 2nd knee replacement this year and I decided to try ATI for the 2nd rehab. I can’t recommend them enough! They are very friendly and helpful. I’m in a lot more pain this time around and they are very understanding of this and don’t push me to do more than I can. Very easy scheduling as well.

Long story short, ATI has decent physical therapy and a terrible billing department. I was referred to ATI by my doctor for carpal tunnel syndrome in both hands and attended one or two sessions a week for just under two months, from early April to late May. I saw some improvement in my symptoms over this time. On the physical therapy, things were decent. They did a good job explaining exercises. All the equipment was kept clean. Slightly more sustained individual attention might have helped, to make sure I maintained good form throughout my exercises, but the therapists usually had multiple patients each at any given time. I've rated ATI 1-star because I feel misled about the costs of their services. I gave them my insurance card at the beginning of the first visit. At each visit, they told me I owed a $5 copay, which I paid. Then, 6 weeks later, they said there was a question from billing about whether I owed a copay or coinsurance and that I should call my insurance. When I did, I learned that ATI's services were not covered before I hit my deductible and that I owed them over $700. Around the same time, I received a couple bills for ~$100 per visit. Sure, I should have checked my insurance policy ahead of time. I suppose I just trusted ATI to tell me how much their services would cost me, which was a mistake. I called ATI to see if they could do anything about this unexpected balance and was told the best they could do was apply a 15% discount. They told me to wait for my next bill, which would include that discount. I finally received that bill about a month later and, to top everything off, they did not even apply the discount.
