ATI Physical Therapy - Tempe

This is the second time I’ve used ATI for physical therapy. Melissa at the Tempe location is fantastic. She got to the root of the problem and I started feeling so much better after the first session. The rest of the staff is friendly and helpful. They have great hours that accommodate my work schedule. I recommend this facility.

I have been going to ATI for a couple of weeks now and let me tell you THE ENTIRE staff are nothing short of AMAZING!! From their attitudes always being great, the facility is nice and clean, they listen to you, they work with you. They def make you feel really cared about as a person & them genuinely being there to help & want to see you get better! They’re hilarious and always make me laugh so they are great at making you feel comfortable and at ease! I would recommend them to anyone in a heart beat. Shout out to the ENTIRE staff for being such great/ caring people to work with:)

This clinic is wonderful. Everyone was so nice and helped me work through one of the toughest 7 months of my life! I am so grateful for Kelsey leading my program and making sure my exercises were not only up to date, but also effective for my personal goals. Though Kelsey was my main PT, I enjoyed working with Ivan and Jeff too and am appreciative of Josh always making sure I was set up for success during my sessions. My recovery would not have been possible without this ATI team!

I have been at ATI Therapy for 2 weeks now. All the therapists I have worked with have been kind, very aware of my comfort in doing the exercises, thorough in their explanations on how to do the exercises, and in my follow through in doing the exercises correctly. In 2020 I came to ATI for my shoulder and I was back to normal in no time thanks to the staff. So when I had to have surgery on my foot I knew ATI was the place I wanted to go. The staff are all amazing Kelsey,Blake and Melissa are so awesome I couldn't ask for a better team for my physical therapy and recovery journey. Thank you all at ATI

Heather, Jeffrey, and Melissa have been awesome helping me with my treatments. They always make sure I'm not over extending myself but still putting on the work. It has been as pleasant an experience as possible.

Great service, patient and understanding therapists, and very welcoming to every patient. They helped me with my patellar tendonitis and now I’m back to playing sports and working out again :)

The team was great. Their billing department however is the worst! I received a bill for a few of my co-pays that I have receipts for, I called to clear it up. Then at that time they informed me that I owed more than what was listed and that I didn’t owe for what I was billed. What?? Yes, I am not making it up. I told them I would be happy to pay them when they send a bill showing what I owe. Unbelievable, and yes they threatened collection services if I don’t pay. Please send me the bill for what I owe. Ridiculous I am so frustrated.
