ATI Physical Therapy

I want to thank all 3 ladies, Vidya, J and Zaina, at ATI Physical Therapy in Southfield MI. I highly recommend them. Each one of these ladies were very personable, encouraging and hands-on. That's how gracious they were. Not only did they help me physically, they help me understand a little more about my body, and the cause of my personal pain. In the very first session, I felt results. That's a plus, and set the tone. I knew I was in the right place. I'm not a morning person. Getting up out of bed early was a challenge. I actually looked forward to each session working with any one of them with a smile on my face. Another competitor didn't give me that or help me. I'm happy with the service they provided at ATI Physical Therapy. If I need physical therapy again, I'll gladly return. My rate is a 4 out of 5 because the facility needs to be cleaned. Thank you all!

I chose this place for a second time because of the pool, but I am not happy!! The staff is great, they listen and discuss their plans with you. I give them 5 stars. The facility is horrible. Equipment is very dirty, the only things that get cleaned are the patient direct contact spots, is: the bed tops or handle bars. The windows separating pool from gym are smudged and dirty The showers are dirty, I carry disinfectant spray, walls and floors. The bottom of the shower curtain holds mildew. The pool is old with chipped walls and flooring, Even though it is cleaned it is not well maintained and is the case for rest of the facility. This is a large corporation with a decent client base, why aren't they putting money into the facility? Hall of shame qualified candidate!! I give the facility 1 star because they have equipment even though it dirty

I really enjoyed my time at ATI. Vidya and her team are super friendly and welcoming, really take the time to listen to you and talk you through each and every step of your therapy. I truly believe my time here has really helped in my healing process and I would highly recommend them to anyone I know needing PT.

This is one of the best physical therapy locations I’ve ever been to. They’re very well mannered and you can tell they’re very invested in you getting better. Since I’ve started going here I’ve seen nothing but improvement and at a very good rate too. Vidya was very helpful in my recovery. Would most definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for physical therapy.

This has been the best staff that I have worked with doing physical therapy. The atmosphere is very kind and positive. I would recommend the location in Southfield to everyone looking for a positive and motivating staff to help with your recovery.

I just began my therapy at the ATI on Northwestern Highway I must admit so far. It’s been a great experience for me. I’m almost paying this after suffering for several weeks and even months I’ve had my third visit and practically painless. Thank you for your support.

Skeptical at first, but it did help with the nerve issue. I left with a bit more knowledge about it than when I went in. I appreciate the staff. They’re patient and works with you at a pace your comfortable with. More importantly, they were easy to work with.

The therapists are very devoted and supportive. The exercises are helping my muscles. I love the water I am so glad I chose ATI.
