Physical Therapist Kaitlyn at Scottsdale AZ location was/is incredible. I could barely walk when I came in after a "knee incident". She analyzed and assessed, and put me on a path to recovery. She is friendly, kind, patient focused yet firm regarding her belief in "what you are going to need to do" to get better. ATI is NOT a Country Club or a place where you go to get "social therapy", but rather a no-no sense place to go to "get help". No "funny stuff" but honest help, which is what I wanted. Congrats to Kaitlyn and to ATI......

ATI Physical Therapy was great! I had Daniel as my therapist and he was working on my shoulder issue. He is very professional and very knowledgeable about all the components retaining to my injury. I highly recommend Daniel as a physical therapist.

I highly recommend ATI for any physical therapy needs. My PR doctor is Daniel - he’s excellent. Works slowly with recovery and prints out the exercises to do in between sessions. He has pinpointed the problem and the work we do will help me for years to come. Chloe is at the front desk and also helps with setting things up. She’s so friendly and makes me feel welcome as soon as I walk in. The experience has been good and my pain is finally easing up with these treatments.

I went to ATI Scottsdale for 8 sessions in May and worked with a traveller PT named Mitch P. He was helpful, friendly, took me on time, and always checked on how I was doing, feeling. If pain returned, he'd advise me what to do or not. Following Mitch's departure, I showed up to my 10 am appointment. The PT on site (who I thought I'd be working with - Daniel) told me he didn't know who would be working with me and that "it all depends who is on for the day" Ten minutes in, another PT (Adam) walks in, didn't acknowledge that he was supposed to work with me, and seems to begrudgingly take me on. Felt like a ping pong ball but I hung in there to give it all a try. About 10:20 we start working together, sort of. He reviews my record. While I was working with some bands, he calls a patient/client from the floor & while talking/listening & holding the phone between his neck and shoulder, was trying to use sign language to show me how to do the next type of exercise. Uh. Ok. Then gets on a different phone call, hangs up, blows up, stomps off to one end of the room and yells about the scheduling staff. He returns with his arms still up in the air, still in the midst of a temper tantrum. It's now 10:35 and I figure I might as well do the exercises I've learned from Mitch, at home instead of wasting my time. So I checked myself out. I'll be checking to see that my insurance is not charged for that June 6 session. Overall, things seemed chaotic and there was always expressed frustration/gossip about understaffing, scheduling, and PT as a career. Got tiring. Would I recommend? Nah. At least not at this time when things seem unorganized.

I highly recommend this ATI location. If’s small. The physical therapists communicate well and work together for best treatment. They always ask how I’ve been doing since my last visit and adjust treatment accordingly. They are super focused on educating patients on the mechanics of stretches and exercises so they’re done properly. And as an added bonus, they’re always friendly. I always leave better than I arrived.

ATI Phsical Therapy is the BEST. They are helping me with an issue after 2 cervical back surgeries. Friendly, funny, courteous and professional. So happy my doctor referred me to them.

ATI physical therapy has really helped my son regain his flexibility. When a patient puts in the work under their direction there will be a visible improvement.

This is an amazing physical therapy operation. The team is well organized, professional and hard working. The entire staff is very friendly, they listen and they care. I am beyond impressed. They are clearly working to get us broken folks back in action and out of pain with every tool at their disposal. I highly recommend the team at ATI Physical Therapy Scottsdale.
