The staff at the location are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They made me feel as though I was part of the team in my treatment. They explained the reasoning behind every part of my plan. They made sure I was cared for from my first visit to my last. I was truly impressed by the each and every member of my team. Hands down the best physical therapy location. All staff members are knowledgeable and extremely compassionate. They actual listen and change treatment to accommodate the needs of the patient to assure successful treatment. If your MD does not send you here I suggest you ask them to if you want personalized treatment.

The staff were all so great to work with during my 12 sessions. I have to say, I hated when my last session was completed. I would definitely recommend ATI to any one that needs help. Thank you all for helping me with my knee.

The people working here truly care about as not the patient but as a person. They’re so professional but also very friendly. I was treated like I was their friend. Always so kind but always respectful and professional. I couldn’t recommend them high enough. They ALL seemed to care about how I was progressing and how treatments were working for me. I've had 3 left shoulder surgeries and I've gone to different physical therapy clinics in San Antonio. ATI Physical Therapy has been the best PT clinic by far!! The staff has made it a very comfortable place to recover! I would recommend them to any and everyone in need of therapy. They are encouraging, compassionate and just really friendly to talk to and work with. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I had neck surgery in Feb 23 and was referred to ATI Physical Therapy. Right at the beginning, I knew this staff was going to be great. The way they treated me from day 1 to completion was beyond my expectations! Once I completed my therapy, I had no pain in my neck. I am completely satisfied with their services. Chris, Christina, Michael and Jasmine and Joe were very compassionate and very professional. I definitely would recommend ATI physical therapy on Judson Road. Thank you so much. I just finished my sessions at this exceptional place. The therapists were knowledgeable, kind and extremely helpful. It was such a pleasure to get help from these therapists.Go there. You won’t be disappointed. I would give them 10 stars but google only allows 5. Just exceptional— everyone there.

Very pleased with my experience at the Judson Rd facility!!! Joe is the best hands down! I had been having issues with my right shoulder, arm, scapula, mid back and neck. Joe began with light PT and dry needling and as my injury improved and had better range of motion he began intensifying the PT and incorporated some good workouts. I learned a ton of stretches during my 6 months of rehab, which most I continue to use to this day. The whole crew at this facility is great including Mike, Jasmine and Christina. They are all welcoming and compassionate and work as team to care for their patients. Thank you all for the undivided attention! Hope you are all doing well.
