Craig Tillman and the whole team at ATI Physical Therapy Redford are amazing!!! They made my visits easy and fun. The facility is clean and well kept. Everyone was welcoming, pleasant and a joy to work with. I appreciated all the encouragement to keep pushing and moving. I am better for it. Thank you all 😊

The facility is very clean and the staff is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I've only had two sessions, but I feel like I'm moving in the right direction (less pain, more range of motion). I also like the music...old school R&B. 😉

The staff at ATI Redford:Craig Tillman, Delta,Taniya, and Deja ; has the best customer service I have ever seen and I have worked with the public for 50 years. They show genuine concern and care for each person present when I am there. I feel loved and know that everyone is working toward my healing. I have referred others to them without hesitation, knowing they will receive the same compassion and care.

Countless times I was asked, "Are you OK, Mr. Brown?" You don't go unnoticed! My only disappointment was I only got cake one time. See you after the next surgery.

The staff are very personable and professional. The atmosphere is very pleasant, and the facility itself, is clean, and the staff continually disinfects the equipment and benches after use. I would recommend this location to new patients.

I give this office and its staff a 10 out of 10. The atmosphere is clean, warm, inviting, and non-intimidating. Craig Tillman and his team (Deita, Deja, and Jewad) are knowledgeable and professional and wasted no time in educating and empowering me to be a part of my recovery. The treatment I received at this facility was stellar. I feel better and i'm moving with less tension and pain. Very comfortable place to improve your life through physical therapy. Comfortable in a GOOD way! The staff can put you through the paces at whatever level you're ready for.
