ATI Physical Therapy

This is an incredible environment! Every therapist is knowledgeable and well skilled. The friendliest entire group of people you ever want to meet. I was on the phone with a relative when I walked in the other day and she said, "You sound like you're at home the way they're speaking to you." I always feel at home and well cared for. Love them!

The Physical Therapists are professional, skilled and caring. After my car accident, it was important to be treated in a trusted environment. Every person including the individual greeting as I came in was warm and comforting. I highly recommend.

The ATI Physical Therapy Staff that I have had the privilege of meeting have all been great. It is clear they want you to “appropriately heal” to ensure their healing processes they utilize are always with “positive steps forward” to meet the needs of each client. The staff has a wonderful attitude and I would encourage anyone needing physical therapy to use the awesome resources available at ATI!

My therapist, Skyler has been very kind, compassionate and helpful in helping me in my recovery.

If you need PT, then this is the place to!! Kelly is amazing!! Also, her intern was the best, he has a great future as a PT. You feel like part of a family being there. Everyone is so personable and really cares about everyone's needs. We laughed, joked, and had fun while we were there. Thank you for everything you have done for us! We will definitely be back for continued PT if needed!

On October 20th, 2022 I had a Knee Replacement and had to have Therapy I chose to have Therapy in Plainfield not really knowing what it would be like. When I walked thru the door for my evaluation, I felt welcome by my therapist Skylar, he was very patient and kind. To add to my review everyone that works in that ATI in Plainfield was so Friendly. They made you feel very comfortable, always welcoming you when you arrive, they all knew you by your name. The environment was always warm and friendly, even thro they gave you the work-out they also gave you plenty of laughter. Lol. Kelly and Skylar my main two therapists were the best. Brain and Jill was also encouraging when they worked with me. All I can say about my experience Is that I felt like I was a part of their work family. If I need therapy again I would go back in a heartbeat.

Words cannot express the true meaning of hands on physical training at this location. From the 1st time you walk in, until the last day of completion, you are greeted with a hello and a smiling face. The professionalism of this staff, in how they interact with one another to the warmth feeling of compassion in the work they do to their patients. Calling everyone by their first name. The expertise and concern they have is very welcoming to see that you are truly in their hands and they will see that your goals are met. I would highly recommend ATI and especially Rte 126 in Plainfield to everyone. Kelly was my therapist and I could see that she was not only concerned with my progress, but I can over hear her conversations with the other patients as well. All the therapist's from my point of view were excellent. Kudos to all. Keep up the good work. If I ever needed therapy again, I definitely would be going back to this location.
