ATI Physical Therapy - Phoenix

This location is my favorite place to visit! They have a lots of equipment for doing physical therapy! Ari is the best at Dry Needling therapy. Excellent therapist that I have seen for several years. And front dear Addie is a nice girl, she did good schedule for patient, she has nice smile and good patience for patient changes schedules , It has warmed my heart! Here I show you some good machines . Highly recommended!

I had a great experience at ATI Awhatukee. This was my first PT experience, and I had no idea what to expect...The entire staff was phenomenal. Addy always greeted me with a smile and answered my many questions. Rebecca was professional, knowledgeable and quickly put me at ease. Ari was wonderful. He listened and determined what was causing my neck pain and gave me the precise tools I needed to recover. After a few weeks I was feeling much better and now have the exercises to continue my recovery, if my pain returns. I've referred them to my son, he also has had a great experience. Thank you!

Had an excellent experience at ATI physical therapy. Ari and his whole team are excellent at what they do and they are knowledgeable and understanding when it comes to patient care. They were able to help alleviate my pain and discomfort in just a few short weeks. Highly recommend ATI for anyone looking for a place that truly cares about the patients they treat.

They pulled a bait and switch on me. I submitted my health insurance for them to review, as I waned to know what was covered by my health insurance. I waited for a phone call back a few days later where they told me it was simply a $20 co-pay with my insurance picking up the rest. Great! I schedule an initial evaluation appointment for PT on my lower back and the soonest available is 10 days out. I make the appointment. I show up to the appointment and the extremely unhelpful lady behind the desk informs me that the $20 is simply just a session fee and not a co-pay and that I could be liable for up to 40% of the cost of the session (some sessions can be up to $400). I told her that I was informed by someone on her staff that my insurance was covering the session in full. She said "on no, we don't do that for our clientele. but you're welcome to call yourself". I got up and walked out of this scam of a place. BE WEARY!

I couldn’t have chosen a better place for rehabbing my broken hip. It’s been a month of Thursdays since I had hip replacement surgery and I’m walking…. hands free! The staff is profressional and attentive to my ability. My sessions are one hour long, three days a week.
