I had a 2nd ankle replacement surgery. The therapists were so patient, informative and encouraging. Every therapist knew how to educate me on what to do and how to do it. My main therapist Tanner went above and beyond. I would recommend this ATI therapy to everyone. I am pleased that I can now walk without limping and I have no pain.

This place is amazing with very caring employees! They all make you feel welcomed and makes sure they provide the best quality care possible. I have been going there for over a month and can say it has helped me with my shoulder pain. I would recommend this place if needing physical therapy or any kind. Thank you ATI staff!

Last year the staff was very good. That's why I came back this year. But unfortunately the staff this year was not good. That's why I asked to cancel all future visits. The first visit was about 45 or 50 minutes, but the second visit... After 25 minutes, he told me that the day was over, so I told him that I had not completed half an hour. He continued with me for a few minutes, then he started thinking about what to do, so he said that the day was over in about 40 minutes, except for a call for a few minutes, and I was waiting, then waiting for the processor to change.I didn't get my time.

Amazing, professional and hard working staff, I felt the improvement since the beginning, I even enjoyed my time while I was doing my exercises there. Very nice , kind and cooperative team. Thanks to my therapist, Quinn, and to Steven, Brandon, Kalani, Cristal and all those who gave a smile and welcomed me.

After a full knee replacement, the ATI team treated me like they sincerely cared about my recovery. All of the PTs had a chance to work with me over the 2-3 months of appointments and each were professional, knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service all while pushing me a little harder than i could myself. Thank you. Today is my last appointment and bringing them treats.

Awesome place to rehab after surgery. Steven was the PT I had and I can't say enough good things about him. He explains everything in a way where its easy to understand for a non-medical person. I went in there not really being able to move my ankle around, now I'm back to normal. Thank you!

Metro location deserves more than 5 stars. They are amazing. Tanner is my primary PT. He is a wonderful PT and human being. Top notch all the way, and the rest of the staff are amazing too. Everyone is always smiling, making clean, friendly jokes, lots of laughs and good vibes all the way and that's so important because anyone down from an injury is suffering mentally and emotionally as well as physically. Their care, knowledge and expertise is outstanding. I recommend them whole heartedly. To ATI ...Metro deserves bonuses! They are exceeding expectations and providing spectacular care. My first PT was at another new location. They weren't bad. The PT was knowledgeable and did a good job physically but it just wasn't the same vibe. He would tell me what to do and walk away and lean against a wall. No attempt to have conversation. Never smiled. The only person who smiled at all the entire visit was a two-toned blonde lady, who I think might have been the manager but I'm not sure. And they were not able or willing to fulfill a 3-4x's/wk schedule as prescribed by my Ortho. I am so eternally grateful for Tanner and the staff at Metro. (Brandon, Cristal, Kilani and the rest. I'm new so I don't know all their names by heart yet.) Despite being super busy, they worked me in and met my Orthos recommended script. I've been there 3 xs, already, once to ask them to reassign me to their location after meeting them and twice already for PT; today will be my 3rd PT with them (4th total with ATI) and I honestly look forward to it. THANK YOU!

so far ATI has been a great environment. The staff is amazing and they truly do care for their. They know peoples limits and do not push you beyond them unless it’ll be beneficial towards your treatment.
