The attention I received for my hip replacement was unsurpassed. The exercises were extremely beneficial. The continuous positive feedback and encouragement of my progress really surprised me. My experience with Sara (Sarah); she is an outstanding therapist. Her constant awareness of what and how her patients were doing at any given time was truly amazing. Her communication and knowledge are superb. Truthfully from my first appointment with Dr Moriah forward, all my interactions with every employee there was very beneficial,helpful and pleasant. Top notch in all aspects.

Best physical therapists in Phoenix! Mariah, Sarah and Courtney are passionate about what they do and I look forward to seeing them every day. I’ve seen them work with patients that range from elders trying to get their mobility back, to young athletes trying to get back to sport after surgery. They are encouraging with all their patients and I highly recommend!

Sarah at the clinic is excellent. Courtney is disrespectful. Maria is disrespectful. Hit or miss, perhaps character conflict.

I am a veteran and usually receive all my medical care from the VAMC. After my shoulder surgery in October, I was treated first at the VAMC PT department. When schedules didn't work for me to get the PT I needed, the VA sent me to ATI, 16th Street, for me to continue my physical therapy treatment and recovery. My first time there, I was greeted with smiles and Dion and Alexia were very welcoming. I was very cautious because I was still having a lot of pain. Dion was understanding and compassionate about assessing what needed to be done to help me feel more confident working through my temporary weaknesses and building my strength again. Each person I worked with was very aware of my limits and supported me every step of the way. It's been almost 2 months now and, because of this great team of professionals, I am progressing much more quickly than I expected. One of the things I like about Dion is, he takes the time to explain, as he is working on you or with you, not only what to do, but why it is being done. I am VERY grateful for for all their expertise at ATI. When I was there on Wed, this week, I heard Dion tell a patient, "We're good here" I thought, good? These PT experts are AWESOME! They truly care about you and your specific, individual needs. I have a very difficult schedule and Dion has been most flexible just to accommodate and make sure I am taken care of. I cannot say enough great things about this team of PT experts, but I do know I would recommend this ATI location to anyone, for any kind of PT, that might be needed, for special care and efficient recovery. I have been working with Dion, Brian, Alexia and Liz twice weekly since August 2021 for various bodily therapies. In addition to great expertise and knowledge, each one of them provide a very personal caring touch while not necessarily being easy on me. I have received phenomenal training in detail for my home therapy to include modifications as needed. Everyone gets greeted by name as they enter the door, they are all so friendly. If you are shopping for PT, START HERE! You won't need to continue your search.

I just finished my therapy for a knee replacement and with the help of Dion, Brian and the rest of his team, I'm doing great. I couldn't be happier with the help and guidance I received. From my first session to the last I felt they cared about me and my progress. During my 74 active years I have been prescribed physical therapy several times but never with such success. If I ever require it again and I probably will, I will be calling on them.
