ATI Physical Therapy

It has been a blessing to be able to do my physical therapy with them. I had surgery on a Wednesday, and started therapy the following Wednesday. It has been a great experience. They work you according to the type surgery you had. Is it painful…yes, but afterwards, I feel so much better and could tell I was improving daily. I am now walking on my own, carrying a cane for stability if needed. So, within two weeks, I went from using a walker, to a cane, and now independently walking. My orthopedic doctor was amazed at my progress. He even got the other doctors to watch me walk. I would not hesitate to recommend ATI for your therapy needs. And the staff are all wonderful! I could not ask for better!

I had surgery for a torn meniscus back in April and I used ATI for my physical therapy. The very first visit went well and the therapist was very gentle. I returned to continue my treatment a day later and I got a different therapist who went hard on me with my treatment. I asked her about it especially when she put me on the parallel bars asking me to do 30 deep squats like sitting in a chair. I even asked her if she was sure about it because my Dr had told me to start out slow. She told me to do the squats and so I did. When I was finished I knew something had happened with my knee. I was in so much pain and my knee began to swell. I had another MRI done immediately and my meniscus had been torn. I confronted the staff but they admitted no wrongdoing but I can say with certainty that they retore my meniscus! So I just had surgery again and I will have to heal again from something that they caused. My advice is to stay away from these people. Since my incident with them I have heard multiple reports of people who have experienced problems with them. I wouldn’t recommend using them! It costs me a ton of money to have another surgery that could have been prevented if they had only followed instructions and that was backed up by my Dr in Birmingham!

ATI is the best provider of physical therapy I have ever gone to. The therapist are very knowledgeable and professional. I could feel a positive improvement after my first visit. I highly recommend ATI for all needed physical therapy!

I began my care with ati because of a surgery and now it has expanded from more surgeries and an autoimmune disease. Everyone in the clinic is super supportive and they all have 1 goal to help their patients succeed!

My schedule is always crazy but the staff here is so understanding and have helped me work in these appointments . They’ve made the visits for my 8 year old enjoyable and he looks forward to being there and making all the ladies laugh- thank you all so much.

Staff is friendly and caring. Both of my physical therapists have spent time talking with me and addressing my concerns. I highly recommend ATI!
