ATI Physical Therapy - Normal

The care I've experienced at the Bloomington-Normal location on College Ave have been extremely supportive, understanding, accommodating, and overall, kind. I hope I never need their services again, but if I or someone I know needs PT, I'm most certainly recommending ATI. Especially Jenny and Kayla. They were beyond what I expected. Keep up the good work!

I first started physical therapy in late August and then ended in September. I then had to go back due to complications and stiffness of my body taking long car rides after my initial accident in August. I worked with Kayla and Amanda both times and I must say they were simply AMAZING. They made sure they understood where my pain points were and delivered on treatment. They showed how much they cared about my recovery and would definitely recommend them to anyone in need!!!

I received excellent treatment at the Normal facility with Kayla and Amanda. They are a great team. Kind, knowledgeable, work well together, and friendly. If I need PT services again I’ll be going back.

The staff at ATI are wonderful. I went in after my son's birth for pelvic floor therapy and after working with them for 3 months I'm virtually symptom-free! They were so kind, supportive, and understanding of my situation and whenever I needed to reschedule or was running late for an appointment. I highly recommend them as part of your healing team!

Clint and Jen are AWESOME to work it! My pain level has decreased significantly in the short time I've been there. I highly recommend them.

I booked a 7:00 am appointment online a few days in advance. I received an email that said they would call me to confirm. Never received a call. I showed up at 7:00 am on a Thursday when they said they would be open hoping to still be able to get in. Not a soul was around. Not sure this place is still open.

Very good place for PT. The therapists were very personable and helpful!

Everyone is pleasant and knowledgeable. I will miss everyone there now that I am finished with my therapy.
