I do NOT recommend this facility or the physical therapists here! I went here for post-op physical therapy for rotator cuff repair surgery. It was a little more extensive surgery and I started PT 10 days after surgery date. I was assessed by Coby Madsen and he assured me that he would be the physical therapist and at times I would see his assistant Paige Small. Long story, it was NOT a positive experience at all. You enter the facility, greeted by the PT Tech or Aide (Quinten Hunter), they run your credit card and tell you where to start on your exercises. Being new to physical therapy and pretty independent, I would do my exercises that were shown to me once alone every appointment. Not one time was I assisted during them. I don't count handing me a wooden dowel or elastic band assisting me in the exercises. This should have been a red flag for me, but I was new to physical therapy and didn't know they were supposed to assist you and make sure you are doing them correctly. Then you see the Physical Therapist for maybe 15 min and then you are offered ice or heat. I saw Coby mostly during the first six weeks during passive therapy and Paige a few times. Same exercises for six weeks. After six weeks they changed it up a little and I say Paige more than Coby. At times, she only worked on my arm for 10 minutes and said you can go now. A couple times she had to go run an errand and you could tell she was rushing, but she never worked on it for 15 minutes. Towards the end of my time with them, I was somehow transferred to Emma Senk. I had a melt down because I was there waiting for minutes waiting and Emma came up and said "I guess I have you today". I wasn't improving and it was if they didn't care but they surely billed my insurance for every code possible when they didn't assist me during the exercises. The last appointment I went to, my printed schedule said Coby, but when I got there they said you are with Emma today. I did my exercises and was on the table finishing and I heard Emma say, "Mary, you can leave now, you are done for today". Mind you, I was shocked and of course billed for therapy that I did not receive! I emailed Coby and asked why this happened. He gaslighted me with answers. He was "checked out" caring one bit if I was improving or not. Quinten worked his @ass off in there! They charged me when I had no copay and I have yet to get that resolved. I went there for 15 weeks and still couldn't move my arm like I should have and didn't receive the care I should have. I would NOT recommend you go here! Find someplace that cares! I did find somewhere that cares and I improved significantly in a short amount of time. Having the right people care who do the work makes all the difference in the world. I just called the billing department and could NOT speak to anyone from AMERICA! Do better ATI!!!!!

Even though I'm still working on my recovery from surgery for a work injury, I wanted to take the time to do a review (after being reminded multiple times!) I've had PT at various clinics before, but ATI stands out, especially at this location. The team—Coby, Quinton, Paige, and Emma—has been exceptionally supportive during this challenging time. They offer flexible scheduling and a motivating blend of encouragement and "tough love." I even choose to travel past a closer ATI location because of the welcoming atmosphere here. They’ve become like family to me. Quinton, hurry back from school! You are missed! 🤣

I thought ATI was good until I started to see an actual PT Dr. I now realize that I worked with an inexperienced tech at ATI, she didn't explain why I was doing certain exercises or how certain muscle groups worked together, she didn't even start me with the basics (pelvic tilts). They don't offer dry needling. They kept pushing me to meet with them 3 times a week, even though each session was exactly the same with no new exercises.

Explain what the exercises help alleviate swelling and pain. Their expertise gave me confidence. Very compassionate and understanding of what I was experiencing with pain. Logan was great.

This place will get you back right, and they will explain there every step for you so you can understand the physical and mental method you may need to have for your recovery. They are all great in my eyes.

Quinton, Emma, and Paige are the best! They really listen to your concerns and tailor to your needs. They also make the experience so fun and not like an appointment. I love them, 10/10 would recommend!
