From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and incredibly professional. The team, specifically Nick and Kelly (who in my opinion deserve a significant pay increase) went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and confident in my recovery journey. Each session was tailored to my needs, and they provided clear explanations and encouragement throughout. The level of care and attention to detail was remarkable, and I always felt like I was in great hands. They genuinely care about their patients and make every effort to ensure a positive and effective experience. I’ve made tremendous progress thanks to their expertise and support, and I actually looked forward to each session. From the initial appointment everyone were so professional and helpful. They booked my dad's appointment when i needed, told me what i needed in order to book the appt. I had a bad experience at this location. I would not sign the consent/waiver releasing them from all liability for injury and death. Read the forms carefully. Not "all places" (like the employee told me) require you to sign your rights away.
