ATI Physical Therapy

This is by far the best physical therapy clinic I have attended over the years. I was referred to ATI Physical Therapy in Gladstone after I received neck injections for my chronic back pain which had been an issue for about 10 years. Marge is incredibly knowledgeable and has over 30 years of experience in physical therapy. She explains concepts in a clear way, and describes what each exercise is for as it relates to strengthening certain parts of the body. Her instructions are easy to follow and it is a very educational experience overall. Marge encourages her patients to ask questions: the level of communication between practitioner and patient is superb. Staff members, Darren and Jillian, are extremely helpful and accommodating. There has never been any trouble with scheduling appointments, and they always are very friendly. I can tell each staff member genuinely cares for the patients. The building is very new, and the equipment is clean and organized. I never particularly enjoyed going to physical therapy in the past, but I always look forward to my appointments at ATI Physical Therapy. The welcoming, comfortable, and encouraging environment made it easier for me to learn and improve.

During the last 7 weeks of my pt for knee replacement, under the excellent care of Marge Taylor, I have seen a huge improvement with not only the knee recovery itself, but my balance (neuropathy) and gait. Marge is a professional extraordinaire. She is present throughout the hour therapy, explaining what she is doing and why and answers all my questions. She is upbeat, very insightful and patient. Her colleague, Darren, also offers clear, calm instructions and pleasant conversation. I have seen both Marge and Darren work with several others during my times at this exceptional facility. They alter their approaches to each client’s personality—some like to be coached while some like gentle care. Always they are cognizant of each client’s wishes. Jillian always is welcoming and professional, upbeat and helpful when I am there. They are a powerful team, definitely a credit to ATI. g green

ATI is a very friendly and welcoming place. Marge Taylor, from the very beginning of my treatment, made me feel like she and the entire ATI staff were there to make sure I received the best care possible. I would highly recommend ATI and both Marge and Greg to anyone that is in need of any level of physical therapy. 5 star all of the way.

Marge is a phenomenal physical therapist. She has 30+ years experience and you can tell, from her expertise noticing how your body is working as she does the initial evaluation, to her thoughtful assignments of exercises which strengthen the areas which need it, to her gifted ability to use techniques to help your muscles relax...she is excellent. I am much better off from having been under her care. She is the best!

Clean, caring, friendly, knowledgeable, resourceful. Developing a professional relationship with Marge Taylor was the best thing that ever happened to make me somewhat whole again after suffering through several traumatic incidents that nearly took the use of my shoulders, arm, wrist, and hand. Marge was instrumental in recognizing, assisting, and encouraging me to obtain the medical care services I needed to progress forward. I highly recommend her for any physical therapy services you may need.

This place is clean, open and bright with windows all around. Marge was wonderful. I walked in and she immediately welcomed me with a smile. She worked with me to ensure my insurance was accepted for this facility and evaluated my son same day. My son is a high school athlete who was skeptical that PT could help. She won his confidence quickly and he felt better after the first appt. He continue to improve and she has been a tremendous help. Thank you Marge! Your experience is obvious when you work with my son.

I cannot express the level of caring, knowledge and professionalism that Marge, Jillian and Darren demonstrate. Not only did I receive exceptional care but they went out of their way to help me though many of the hurdles my long journey to recovery has tossed at me. They demonstrate the ability to see each person as an individual, creating a unique healing experience for each of their patients. I have learned how to be patient with my healing, to celebrate my victories (even if they are small ones) and that I can absolutely do this! Hands down I would recommend this team of professional to everyone.

Listen people here's the deal... THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO IF YOU WANT TO HEAL YOUR BODY!! I've been to other PT establishments and they didn't do the trick... so I was reccomend to ATI by my orthopedic surgeon and let me tell you, this place is legit!! You have to be willing to put in the time. You actually have to go to your appointments and give it 100% and your body will heal Marge knows what she is taking about. She's kind, knowledgeable, professional. Her staff is no different. Everyone there has your best interest in mind. You won't be disappointed!! A++ from me!
