ATI Physical Therapy

ATI has been great to work with! Scheduling was refreshingly easy and they kept my appointment(more than I can say for a lot of other places). My physical therapist has been really receptive and helpful from the get go and I'm definitely feeling an improvement.

The physical therapist is great. The main thing I don’t like is that I pay for a one on one session with my physical therapist and they double book clients so they can work on two patients at one time. So I feel like I’m not getting the care I’m paying for

Was greeted happily as soon as I walked in. Got me scheduled for pt very quick and got my schedule very timely. Everyone from front office to pt persons give full attention. That’s what probably the most important part.

I am in Alaska for 30 days and I needed to find a PT who could fit me in for my shoulder injury. They have all been so nice and accommodating. Highly recommend to anyone in need of PT.

The billing there is all messed up. I made all my co-pays before I left after a visit. A year later I am getting collections calls. I dealt with this last year and the year before.
