ATI Physical Therapy

Love the way ATI works with my schedule. They are professional. Great communication between the staff and patient. The exercises and manual manipulation treatment are so wonderful and I just feel like I'm really improving. I love Kadi a and Chris. They are just awesome.

I've used different PT services many times in the past from different companies and ATI is my favorite. The therapists are friendly and always listen to me and welcome my feedback. They explain the why's and how's when I need it and I never feel rushed or neglected during sessions. They acknowledge that I know my body and never push me to the point of hurting myself like others have in the past. I am inspired by their knowledge, empathy and encouragement. I always look forward to my sessions and do the required home exercise. I highly recommend the Cypress Creek location in Cedar Park but I'm sure all of the locations are just as great.

I had a disappointing experience with ATI Physical Therapy, specifically regarding their billing practices. I attended only two sessions, and each time I made it a point to pay on the spot, assuming that my account was settled. However, I was surprised to later receive an additional bill for $200. This unexpected charge left me feeling frustrated and questioning their professionalism in handling billing. Clear and transparent billing is essential, especially in healthcare, and I feel that ATI fell short in this area. I hope they improve their process to ensure that patients don’t face unexpected charges after already making payments at each session.

I'm already feeling so much better after just a few visits. The receptionists are friendly and personable, and the therapists are clearly knowledgable. I appreciate my therapist's efforts to assess and adjust the stretches he asks me to do during the sessions. I recommend ATI to anyone looking for reputable, effective physical therapy.

Just started last week. So far, all has been OK. Different staff member each day, which is OK. Will review again after therapy is complete.

ATI Physical Therapy has made me a believer in what I've experienced to be the amazing benefits of Physical Therapy. Before Physical Therapy I could barely walk 100 feet before having to sit and rest. Now I'm back to my normal walking routine. Meaning I can walk without pain fulfilling my daily life functions, grocery shopping, taking my dogs to the park, etc. Many thanks to Chris & Ryan.

Friendly and informative staff. I don't feel pushed to do moves that cause pain so to my injury in 2021. They are also helpful with scheduling.

My mom is currently seeing Katie. She is great. My mom has cancer and had spine surgery so was a little nervous about starting PT but she has had a great experience with her. She tells me she feels great after going to her therapy. Thank you so much for making this such a positive experience. She has been through so much so it means a lot.
