ATI Physical Therapy

First place I have ever actually looked forward to going to when it comes to PT. Staff is great, knowledgeable, and very supportive in helping me meet my PT goals. I leave there feeling like I benefited from the therapy and the next day feel like I had a great workout. I know I have a long road ahead of me, but this place gives me hope for a much more comfortable future.

All the staff were constantly friendly and attentive. They knew me everytime I walked in the door, and made sure to build a trusting relationship with me as a patient, helping me professionally while also working to get to know me on a personal level and really tailor my therapy to my lifestyle to help me succeed. As a healthcare worker, I appreciate the quality care I received during my time here and I will miss seeing Rachel and Larry on a regular basis. Thanks for equipping me with tools to keep myself safe from future injury and strengthen my body! You guys are the best!

I was referred to ATI after a serious car accident where I sustained neck and shoulder injuries. I was not looking forward to this process, but my therapist Anthony made it all so worth it. He was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I felt so comfortable with him and he truly helped heal me. I couldn't be more grateful for Anthony, and I recommend him to everyone!!

Great and personable staff and provided a dedicated routine to fix patient problems. They helped me get rid of 3 years of shoulder pain and mobility issues. Afterwards, I was provided materials to continue strengthening the area beyond my appointments at home or a gym. Very thankful for their services and direction!

Extremely unprofessional, lacking patient care, and disorganized. I had complications related to my stroke and clotting, as well as having 2 spinal procedures. I called and stated to whomever answers the phone (they don't have an actual office manager and some times nobody is there) that I needed to cancel my appt on the 15th and would resume the Friday of the week of the 26th. After I had consulted with my hematologist. So I go in today and they had discharged me saying they couldn't contact me which is a lie, they have my number, email, physicians office. Patient health and safety should always be a priority. The director is not only loud and unprofessional, admonishing me in front of another patient instead of talking to me closer and discretely. I hate people who do that. They want a scene. The truth is, none of this was helpful anyway. I wanted to do water therapy. All they did was tell me to do exercises that literally made me feel more pain every time. I can watch YouTube videos and get weekly massages and have better results. Then he literally said I need another order and evaluation. So they want to be paid twice for something I just paid them to do? Cookie cutter, overbooking therapy. Having two clients sometimes three when I'm there means poor customer service and lack of attention to specific patient needs. They do this to get money. At the expense of the patient. I'll go back to the city where the care is better

I'm having a good experience at ATI with my therapist Anthony. He really listens to you when having a conversation. Each visit he'll have encouraging words for you, and a good deal of humor too. Both are appreciated. The facility has always been clean, the staff friendly. I'd recommended ATI Physical Therapy in Buckeye.

I've only had two physical therapy sessions so far. I am very impressed by what I've experienced and learned. They are thoroughly prepared and kind. I've already seen improvement.
