ATI Physical Therapy

I had an excellent experience. Sarah was awesome. My appointment was on schedule; there was no wait time. She explained everything in detail. She explained each exercise and gave clear instructions on how to exercise at home. Thanks Sarah!

Sara is very knowledgeable in helping me heal my neck. She spends a lot of time massaging my neck to help my neck pivot to the right and left. I am able to turn my head much further than I did when I started therapy.

I have not seen the therapist yet, so not reviewing services. The receptionist was pleasant and personable. Greeted me with a smile and had paperwork already printed and ready for me. But, there’s a stench of athletic feet in the air that’s very noticeable. ATI should invest in an air purifier or auto deodorizer, the container of Lysol at the front desk isn’t sufficient. I also requested immediately to transfer to another location. Walking from the parking lot to the office is a good distance and was excruciating for my knee (reason for visiting).

The most unprofessional place of business. Receptionists braiding hair and eating salads while registering patients as they come in. PT session was stated to be an hour to an hour and a half, and lasted 35 minutes. Waiting to be seen for over an hour with not a single patient on the tables in the exercise area. All employees in that area were on their laptops. There seemed to be no reason the 6 of us were waiting. As soon as they saw the Dr’s coming through the courtyard to evaluate each of us, their entire demeanor changes and it was all business at that point. This was a wasted appt as far as I’m concerned and I will definitely be letting Andrews Sports Medicine know about this.

I have been waiting since 9:00 a m. Filled out paperwork and paid copay. No one has said anything else. Guys behind the desk seem to be laughing at someone or something. I am hard of hearing seems they think that's funny. Not happy with the procedure here. No one tells you anything they act like it's a burden to take care of you.

The staffs are amazing, excellence services and patients. They take their time with you doing service; make sure that you are comfortable and less pain.

I am very pleased with the plan my therapist Jon has worked out through ATI. He doesn't push me beyond my limits & makes sure that I understand & stay safely within my instructions. Through the yrs I have had many surgeries needing therapy & have found that St. Vincent's ATI is the best by far! Thank you!

The therapy area was very clean and all of the employees were very friendly and helpful.
