Everyone at this location is so sweet and motivating! First time being injured so definitely was scared at first but so far Fei and Justin both are pushing me out of my comfort zone and trying to help me get better. Really good work ethic and environment overall. They also provided me with exercises to go at home which is super helpful and the equipment at the facility is super neat. Love them so far!

ATI Bellevue is a great place for physical rehabilitation. They have all the equipment one would ever needed. Everyone here has been very personable and seen to put whoever they are working with at ease.

I am a patient who has undergone surgery for lumbar disc herniation. Although the severe pain disappeared after the surgery, chronic pain still accompanies me. The effect of painkillers is also very limited. Two months ago, my doctor referred me to ATI for Physical Therapy in Bellevue Washington. Here I met Physical Therapist her name is Monica Tyler. Actually, before that, I didn't really believe that this kind of training could help me a lot, but after two months of training, my pain was significantly reduced and I can do some simple movements. I am very grateful to Monica Tyler and Ms. Feng who participated in my training later. Thank you for their professional and excellent service. I also believe that they will relieve the pain of more people with their superb training methods.

ATI has a professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff that makes you feel comfortable and confident. They also give you exercises to do at home and this makes recovery faster. Thank you ATI.

Firstly, incorrect physical therapy practices on my knee worsened my condition. Before leaving the office, I inquired at the front desk about any payments due and was told I was good to go. Now, I am receiving bills for $181.20. A single visit amounted to $418.77, of which my insurance covered $237.57. That’s too much money for one visit.😢

Best Physical Therapy experience. Extremely clean facility. It is a great team of professionals to work with at this location. The staff is lovely! They are friendly, encouraging, and supportive. They truly care about providing the best care for your physical wellness and final outcome in every session.

First, the care and assistance I received was helpful and in-line with my expectations. This location is staffed by friendly and competent people. My review is for ATI as an organization. I asked about payment multiple times and was informed there would be a $10 co-pay. I asked if I owed anything else on numerous occasions and was told no. Over 1 month later, I received an unexpected bill in the mail. I am now looking at a nearly $500 bill after the co-pays I've already paid. I'm fortunate that I was too busy to add the extra sessions I was recommended, or I would likely be in a very difficult situation. It is frustrating to me that billing happens via paper mail when everything else is handled digitally. It feels predatory and intentionally misleading that patients do not discover the accurate cost of ser ice until well after they have amassed a significant expense- an opinion which is echoed in the number of BBB complaints submitted against ATI. I would not steer new patients away who are looking for quality care and assistance, but I would STRONGLY encourage anyone thinking of going here to space their first few visits as far apart as possible until you see your first bill and know what you're *actually* paying. ATI *will* charge you more than you are expecting.
