ATI Physical Therapy

They have been super sweet and have helped so much! It’s a very inviting office and they always have fun and joke around so it’s not so boring. They know we don’t necessarily want to be there but we have to so we can get better so they make the experience better for you and really care about how you are feeling. 10/10 would recommend! The massages are the absolute best part! As a stay at home mom of 4 who is everyone’s everything at my house with a car wreck injury I look forward to that massage. I’m so thankful they have been apart of my healing!

What a great group of therapists! There is such a teamwork attitude among the staff. I specifically appreciate them going over details about my shoulder surgery and the using the diagrams on the walls to explain those details.

Tracy, Crystal and Clark are doing a great job helping me rehab my knee and hip. They are very professional and make rehab fun but it's a lot of work and they push me at every session.

I am doing rehab for my knee replacement. So far, after 3 sessions, I have worked with C.J. And Aaron. They both have been fantastic. They have been very patient with me and my pain tolerance. I have had therapy in years past with other clinics, but the treatment I have had here at ATI with C.J. and Aaron have been extraordinary. I would highly recommend ATI to any and all of my friends and family.

My son was treated after shoulder surgery. Frankie and CJ were a GOD send! They treated my son with care and concern. They were very knowledgeable in the modalities to get him back to health. So I appreciate all that you have done for us! GOD bless you all!

Had a total ankle replacement(TAR) on 6/3/2024. So far I’m very pleased with the whole staff. I just started walking with a cane last week. Im grateful to have them in my corner.

CJ, Erin, Gretchen and Frankie all do a great job. They listen and are sympathetic to your aches and pains. They really work well as a group.

I can’t give enough stars to CJ and his team of therapists and staff at the ATI Physical Therapy location in Alabaster. Having a child with a concussion is one of the most underrated and scary injuries any parent and child can go through. You really don’t understand how dangerous it can be until you experience it yourself because it is invisible to everyone around. Being able to advocate for your child or your child understanding how to advocate for themselves is very difficult. Not only were CJ and the team incredible during our physical therapy sessions, but they also became an invaluable resource outside of the office. They helped us reach optimal recovery for Carter as he returned to school and play, going beyond anything they had to do. This group assisted with personalized letters to our school, coaches and PE classes multiple times, detailing information that I just couldn’t get across. They were kind and attentive, answered any and all questions, and always made Carter and myself feel comfortable, informed, and prepared throughout our time with them. Appointments were always available, prompt and moved around with ease if we needed. The facilities were always clean and stocked with nice equipment & training tools. If you have a child needing physical therapy for a concussion or any other injury, don’t hesitate to take advantage of this incredible group at ATI in Alabaster. I can’t thank CJ and his staff enough for their help in my son’s healing and recovery, and for going above and beyond to ensure his safety and well-being outside of their doors. It is rare you find a healthcare service provider who operates 100% in ALL categories - service, communication, cleanliness, bedside manner, etc. This place deserves every accolade available!
