I am very, very pleased that I chose Athletico physical therapy to recover from low back microdiscectomy on a multi level problem— i’ve had back issues for years due to old military injuries, and just being active. I’ve had therapy multiple times over the years, but this was my first experience as a post back surgery therapy patient. I also work in medicine so experiencing it as a patient and as a physician, I wouldn’t hesitate at all to return to Athletico with Chet and his team, hopefully I don’t need them again, but if I do, I would return.

We have been super pleased with our experience. My daughter needed desensitization therapy. Chet has done his due diligence to research her condition to make sure that she’s getting the most out of her treatment. The entire staff is super personable. We have her younger siblings with us at every appointment and they’ve gone out of their way to make them feel welcome.

My experience at the Southlake Athletico has been outstanding. Sara, my physical therapist, is so knowledgeable, supportive, and kind. She has really helped me progress! I was going to another physical therapy center in the area, but was not making much progress. I’m so grateful that I switched to Athletico in Southlake! Sarah’s expertise has given me hope that I will fully recover. The PTs in training have all been so helpful and personable, and Gaylee, manning the front desk, is the best! The space is very clean and has such a great vibe. I highly recommend this facility and Sara!

Great place for therapy! Ed was very knowledgeable and compassionate. He easily managed 2 patients (with staggered starts) while making each believe they were his priority. Office staff and therapy aides were very nice and helpful. Easy to schedule at convenient times. Highly recommend this practice.

If there was a way to give this facility and its staff more stars I would do it. I’ve had multiple visits to this location due to a surgery on my wrist and from the very first visit to my final one I felt that the staff really did care about my progression and getting me back to pre surgery strengths. I would like to specifically give thanks to Gaylee for her help in getting me into this location due to insurance issues and for all her help on that end. She is definitely a huge part as to why this place is easy to work with and makes for a environment to where one can focus on recovering and knowing that she will help with the background items such as insurance/ payments. Five stars! The other individual I would like to shout out was my occupational therapist Dardhielle. From my first visit to my last she never changed her attitude of providing me with the tools to get better. She is truly a caring therapist and one I would recommend to anyone with a hand injury. Athletico is truly lucky to have someone who shows so much love to what she does. She reminded me that one must trust that the future will be there and not worry about the past, truly changing my outlook on my recovery. Five stars! I hope I do not have another reason to come back to this location for something such as an injury but if I do I feel assured to know this facility will provide the same caring environment it did for me during this process.

Sara has done a great job helping to ensure my frozen shoulder makes continued improvement each visit! She is both experienced and personable. Very pleased with how both range of motion and the pain level have materially improved!

My overall, four month physical therapy journey, was an incredibly outstanding experience at Athletico Southlake. Chet Snider, Clinic Manager, is an extremely knowledgeable, motivational and compassionate professional who guided me through a total shoulder replacement recovery process. I’m beyond grateful and recommend this great group to anyone needing physical or occupational therapy.
