Athletico Physical Therapy - Ottawa

Physical therapy at Athletico was enjoyable and full of information. Because of Myleigh explaining and showing me all of my exercises, I am able to now continue them at home. I would highly recommend Athletico, Miley, and crew. They made it a comfortable and fun atmosphere.

I had a very positive experience at Athletico. Becky was very knowledgeable and encouraging. She is definitely an advocate for her patients. The staff was positive and helpful. I have had Kristen's help in the past and she was wonderful as well. I would highly recommend Athletico!

Everyone at Ottawa Athletico (by Aldi’s) has been outstanding in their profession! From therapists to other staff who always chip in when needed- my goal was met, in 6 weeks. I would choose this place again if I should need it!

On May 20, 2024, I had a complete shoulder reversal. I thought I lost my shoulder mobility forever. But with the help of Myleigh and All of the staff, they brought my shoulder back from the dead. I just saw my doctor on Wednesday the 11th and he is pleased that my range is at 140. He said that 120 is average. Myleigh helped me tremendously with my pain and knew exactly Where it hurt. I have nothing but positive to say about the staff at Athletico. Today I’m back at work and I’m able to use my shoulder More than before the surgery. Thank you so much for helping me so much. I recently had a herniated disc in my back and had to have back surgery. This was my 3rd time working with Kristen Wampler and once again she did not disappoint. From the early stages of my herniated disc to the last physical therapy appointment her advice, compassion and direction were greatly appreciated. I recently had a knee scope and needed PT twice a week for 4-5 weeks. I received excellent and effective therapy from their knowledgable, professional, and caring therapists and aides at the Ottawa, IL facility. Becky and George were my therapists and they are AWESOME! Upon completion, my range of motion and strength greatly improved. Becky made sure to send me home with all the necessary information, materials, and instructions to continue my rehabilitation. They truly are a caring staff. I highly recommend Athletico in Ottawa, IL.

It's been a month since I was there for Physical therapy. I dislocated my knee at work for the first time. luckily my injury wasn't crazy. but they worked around my schedule and made my healing recovery go by so fast! I really appreciate how nice everyone was and helping also keep my mind on task with the exercises for my recovery! keep it up! ♥️

I was experiencing left arm/shoulder limited mobility and pain. I contacted Ottawa Athletico and spoke to receptionist Amy, who kindly answered all my questions and scheduled my first appointment. My Physical Therapist Myleigh and PTA George provided me with helpful exercises that I could do at home and then aide Jeanette guided me during on site sessions to ensure I was doing them correctly. Thanks to the care I received over a three month period, I was able to regain my ROM and get back to my normal routine. Thank you all very much!
