Athletico Physical Therapy - Omaha 94th and J

I was a "work hardening" program client. Clinic Manager Jake Costello is fun, diplomatic, kind, professional and enthusiastic about his work. I felt fully supported by him each visit. All other staff are very kind, too. The facility is truly dedicated to getting all sorts of workers back to full capacity by means of a full body routine. They recreated several vocational stations to emulate your real work environment. The program is not for the meek! It normally takes about 4-5 hours to work your way through each session, which is custom built for your particular profession. It was hard work, but that's the point of the "work hardening" program!

Coming here has changed my life for the better and I couldn't thank the people here enough! I've seen Jana about my whole time and I feel like a brand new person, and she is very thorough and explains everything so that I understand it as well as she is just very friendly and nice to work with! I've seen Cody here too with the Aquatics therapy and I have the same great things to say about my time here with him as I did with Jana. The pool and the overall equipment are always so spotless which is nice too 🤗 The ladies up front are also so nice and always more than helpful and it was great chatting with them while waiting for my appointments. The overall atmosphere you can't beat here. I trust this place and will ALWAYS recommend it to anyone in need of Physical Therapy!

This facility is the pinnacle of physical therapy in Omaha. The entire staff consistently demonstrates professionalism while continuing to make every client feel like they are family! I have learned so much about my recovery as well as preventative care that I can perform to be the healthiest person I can be! Honestly, I could write a novel about how well this facility and staff exceed expectations….. Who has time for all that when all YOU have to do is go down and check them out ! You WILL be impressed every time !

The work conditioning program at Athletico definitely helped speed up my recovery. Jake was very knowledgable and did a great job of explaining the program. His assistant Ashley jumped right in when I had questions and was very professional. Ashleigh at the front desk was also very helpful and friendly.

Jake Costello is a great PT. Jake knows his stuff, and he always gets to the heart of the problem - my back, gluteus, hip and/or shoulder. Also, Ashley and the front-desk staff are always pleasant and efficient. Thanks to the whole team at Athletico.

I love Athletico Physical Therapy. Jake is the best.He is so knowledgeable about what exercises I need to help with my knees and hips. He has a positive attitude, and that truly helps when I'm in pain most of the time, it makes me want to do my best to feel better. He helps me strengthen and loosen my joints and muscles so I am able to continue my walking routine after working with him. I'll see you again soon, Jake, after I have my knee replacement surgery. HE has certainly found his calling in life as he is fabulous at what he does. Before I knew it I was walking without a walker, then walking without a cane, and walking up and down the stairs. Very friendly staff. They are professional and genuine towards the people who seek their help in rehabilitation or physical/drug screens they are very patient and understanding.

The best place for physical therapy or water therapy. From the lovely ladies Katey and Ashleigh that work the front desk to the amazing physical therapists. I had Cody which was a joy to be with. He is very knowledgeable and he really pushed me to get better and he made me realize that it does make a difference when you do the exercises at home also.
