Athletico Physical Therapy - Mission

I had Sage M as my PT and she was incredible. She was very caring and interested in understanding my day-to-day life and what was impacting my knee pain. The exercises she showed me are easy to do at home and I appreciated her thoroughness during my treatment. Thank you, Sage!

After many years of PT for various issues and multiple facilities - Athletico is by far the best I've experienced. I worked with Sage and Curtis and they were both incredible physical therapists - friendly and compassionate, provided varied, challenging exercises and remarkable at massaging tough knots. Athletico also uses an app for at home training customized by your physical therapists. It includes instructional videos and dialogue to coach you through the exercises. Excellent facility can't recommend enough!

Athletico /Mission is a great place for PT. I went there for extreme vertigo and neck issues. My vertigo was relieved in a week or two and neck issues much improved thereafter. I worked primarily with Lydia and a few times with Curtis. Both are very knowledgeable and great to work with. I highly recommend this PT location.

My time getting treatment at Athletico was a great experience. I had been dealing with pain in my knee for nearly 5 months and finally decided it was time to consult the experts - which Athletico definitely was. We quickly identified the problem and Curtis was able to have me feeling 10x better within 3 weeks. If you’re on the fence about getting help, let this be your sign to give physical therapy a shot. Had a really positive experience doing PT here following a foot and ankle surgery. Very helpful and knowledgeable PT (Lydia). They also had aides/ interns that could handle more routine exercises. As a result, the sessions were more thorough than what I had experienced at other rehab facilities. I will return in a few months following a second surgery am glad to find this PT and location.

John and the the whole clinic were super helpful my whole recovery. Along with being super transparent, I knew exactly what the plan was from the beginning. Atmosphere is very friendly and fun, couldn't recommend it more

The staff at Athletico is phenomenal. Not only are they knowledgeable, but they are very personable too. They got me from wincing just bending over to feeling more normal than I've felt in years. I'm grateful for them!

John helped me with strengthening my feet, ankles and hips and improving my balance so I can participate in all my favorite activities, recently cross country skiing for ten days. My treatments and home exercises have made an improvement in my overall quality of life. I am so grateful for the results. Update: Because of the treatments at Athletico, I am stronger than I have been in years and have been able to hike this summer without problems.
