Athletico Physical Therapy - Louisville (Fern Creek)

What a great experience while rehabbing my Achilles Tendon at Athletico in Ferncreek. While injuries are no fun the staff has made the healing process a great experience. Very professional and friendly. Jan administration welcomed me and explained every detail of the therapy sessions. Jordan the therapist absolutely awesome as well. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in my injury recovery process. I highly recommend this physical therapy location.

Jan was incredibly helpful. She helped navigate getting the referral from our PCP and get insurance all worked out, and worked with his schedule so he didn’t have to miss any school activities. Jordan was nice to my son and very knowledgeable. He didn’t talk down to him, but rather talked to him like an adult and the exercises helped my son heal so much faster. I am very impressed with both of them and should we ever need this kind of service again, we will be back.

A pleasure to do physical therapy in this facility with physical therapist, Jordan Hartman, who is always friendly,. and very skilled in his delivery of physical therapy to address one's issues. He is right on target with pain focal points, and strategies to diminish pain and discomfort. Jan, the receptionist, is also always welcoming and very proficient in keeping this facility running smoothly. I highly recommend this facility to anyone needing physical therapy.

I am grateful for the help I received to work through my neck, pain issue! Jordan is an awesome physical therapist and was able to identify what exactly was causing my pain and address it! He is also very knowledgeable and was able to provide me the information and tools I needed to prevent and manage it in the future. Jan was also very nice to work with as well and was very efficient and patient in helping me get everything set up for my appointments! Overall, the experience here was great! I am truly grateful for the team that is Jan and Jordan. From their organization and efficiency to their kindness and compassion, they are the epitome of the definition of a Godsend. When I met them, I felt rundown and defeated; I had been in pain for months and running from one doctor to another. After all the appointments and hours spent in various offices, I was still in pain and at my wit’s end. Then, I was referred to the Athletico on Bardstown Rd, and my life changed for the better almost immediately. The therapy program Jordan created for me, in addition to the dry needling, has changed my life for the better. Jan’s calm and patient demeanor, on top of her willingness to communicate, on my behalf, with Worker’s Comp and the lawyer, has helped me reclaim my sanity. I will be forever grateful for these two who consistently go above and beyond, not just for me, but for the dozens of patients I have seen stream in and out of their doors. We are a fortunate lot, indeed.

The staff is fantastic at this location. Jan at the front desk has been so patient with me in rescheduling appointments and setting up payments. Jordan has been excellent at providing care and my body has shown great improvement...highly recommend this facility.

My grandma had a shoulder surgery and Athletico was suggested by the surgeon’s office. The process with Athletico has been very smooth. Jan, the receptionist has been very helpful and attentive to our needs when we had to move appointments. Jordan has been a wonderful PT with my grandma. He makes an effort to get to know the patients and have conversations with them which is refreshing in the medical field. We will definitely return for any future therapy needs.

Was referred to Athletico by my podiatrist for a foot problem that I probably let go on for way too long. This was my first experience with physical therapy and I wasn’t sure what expect. Everything about the experience was top notch! Jordan and Jan were professional and friendly. Highly recommend!
