Athletico Physical Therapy - Kettering-Oakwood

I love this place! Both my mother and I have been there. They were accommodating to our needs and treatment goals. As some were saying for my mother to have knee replacement surgery, she is now walking without a walker or cane. I'm so glad we didn't listen to those people. The therapist, Dale is great! Very patient and encouraging. Anna and Grace are so sweet and respectful. They always greet you with a smile and very helpful. They do an awesome job! They're so busy working the front desk and assisting the therapist, keeping a positive attitude and always giving attention to the patients. They are amazing. I can't say enough about the staff, my mother and I are so grateful to them. They have taken such good care of us and exceeded all expectations. As the saying goes, a company is only as good as it's employees and they have the best!

I can't begin to express my gratitude to Dale and his team at Athletico. I have been treated for 3 injuries and each time I have had the best possible outcomes. I am currently working with Dale to regain my range of motion after a broken arm. I am amazed at how quickly I am gaining it back. It is a friendly atmosphere and I highly recommend them as a dedicated professional group of therapists.

I had a wonderful experience here working with Dale and Amber. They took the time to explain the purpose of the exercises and educated me more about my shoulder issues. I have been to other physical therapy offices before for the same issue, but this time, I actually left much stronger and healthier and remained that way. Dale and Amber really took the time to work with me and helped get me better. I couldn’t be happier with the people at this location, truly. I am able to swim laps again, and it had been four years since I was able to do this, as well as being functionally more able to do some daily living activities. Very grateful I came here!

I went to get help with my Sciatica in February and although it took a long while (until October), I am now basically pain free. The point of my comments is to say that Dale Danielson was willing to discuss my next steps for maintaining my health even though I had no appointment. He took time out of his day to consult with me and provide guidance. Excellent follow up!

I suffered many years with foot pain until I finally had enough. I went to a Dr. who referred me to Athletico for physical therapy. I was hesitant at first as I have been in the past, but I decided to go and try it and I am so happy I did. The staff here at Athletico are all so friendly and helpful, especially Dale. He is so friendly and gives the best deep muscle massages. Within a few months my major foot pain was gone. I am so glad I went. So, if you are suffering with pain and need therapy please do yourself a favor and call Athetico now. You won't regret it. 😊

My experience was fairly good, although I never did get to working on the part of my body I was sent there for (shoulder). My goal, which was expressed to the therapists, was to learn how to strength train safely without further injuring my shoulder. The therapists were convinced that my neck/back was causing my shoulder problems, and didn't seem to listen to my knowledge of my own body that the neck/back has been a chronic issue for 20+ years. I repeatedly asked if we were going to work on the shoulder. I was a licensed massage therapist for 10 years, so I understand how anatomy works, but I wasn't seeing any improvement in my shoulder or neck after 6 visits. Due to the cost of sessions, I decided not to continue. So I spent tons of money and time and still have no information about how to strength train safely. That said, the therapists were very friendly and professional.

I had an excellent experience with my physical therapy needs at Athletico. Staff were friendly and also willing to work with me to schedule appointments that met my needs. My physical therapist, Dale, was extremely knowledgeable and worked individually with me each visit to adjust my technique and ultimately regain my range and strength. Dale has a trained eye and is a great therapist. He has a patient's needs at the center of his work.

I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a physical therapist. The two therapists, Amber and Dale, are both so friendly, knowledgable, and skilled, and it's clear that they really care about the progress of their patients. The rest of the office staff is welcoming and kind and they have convenient early morning and late afternoon appointment times. I've had a wonderful experience with Athletico!
