Athletico Physical Therapy - Indianapolis (Southport)

Viresh Vasu is the best. He went above and beyond to get me fully rehabilitated from my second hip replacement surgery. He's Informative, dedicated and fun (to the extent it may be possible to actually have a fun physical therapy session.) In addition to Viresh, there is Dorothy at the front desk, who works hard and nonstop to get those calls answered, appointments made, and billing issues rectified. Last but not least, there is Morgan, the PT who assisted Viresh most often when I was there. She is highly proficient, has a great sense of humor, and is a valuable asset to the facility. I have had to endure physical therapy several times over the years, at several different facilities, and in my opinion Athletico on Southport and US31 is THE place to go.

Viresh Vasu was my therapist and he also manages the Southport location of Athletico. His attention to detail and his thorough knowledge of the human body is what makes me recommend him for therapy services. He listens intently and is highly focused on my recovery. All the staff greet you by name, they are personable and kind and they become like a part of your family. Dorothy at the front desk keeps records and appointments and billing in order. This is the best physical therapy office I have visited.

I felt blessed and grateful that Viresh Vasu got me scheduled at this location, Athletico Southport. He did an excellent job on my PT Evaluation and with my PT session. Though I was sad that he went on vacation but he made sure that another Physical Therapist would continue the PT sessions with me. Brijesh Shah did an amazing job in working on my lower back, hips, and thighs so I live pain free. He also printed some exercises so I can do it at home post PT and gave me a resistance band to use as well. Way to go, Sir! I'm thankful to the PT Aides at this location for being kind in helping me with PT exercises. Last but not the least a "hats off" to Ms. Dorothy for being the best receptionist I've ever known: for patiently calling my surgeon's office many times to transfer the referral to this office and for being so nice even if she's busy. Thank you, Athletico Physical Therapy - Southport team for the job well done! I highly recommend this place!

Truly cannot say enough great things about Viresh and the team. I have been in pain for over a year and no one has been able to figure out what is going on. Viresh was able to conclude we were paying attention to my back but it might be my hip instead. He referred me to a hip surgeon and now I know the root of the issue. Eternally grateful, this was such a great team to work with.

I would highly recommend Viresh because of his care and concern for his clients. He listens well and I appreciate all that he, Kathy and his staff did to improve my neck condition. Thank you!!

I’ve evidently been running with a weak hip for years, causing me a lot of pain, and finally decided to do something about it! I am so glad that by sheer chance I ended up working with Viresh. I’m on my way to faster and stronger than I’ve been in years! The attitude of the entire staff was super positive and fun. I always looked forward to going, and left feeling like I’d made progress. I also always understood what I needed to do in my homework, as well as why I needed to do it. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone needing any PT.

If you need physical therapy, I'd highly recommend Athletico. The staff is knowledgeable, kind, and scheduling is a breeze. My favorite location is located at Southport road & US 31 S. :)

Viresh and Maddy are the absolute best!! They truly took care of me and made sure I got the most out of my visits. My ankle improved so much during my time here. Viresh made sure my exercises fit into my daily routine and work schedule. He was very thorough in making sure I understood how to do them at home or work and how to modify them if need be. The access of appointments was also a huge plus.
