Athletico Physical Therapy - Hyde Park East

Both my wife and I have been doing PT here for different reasons since 2016. The facility is spacious and clean, and the staff knowledgeable and skilled. The facility is well managed and the ‘Patient Experience Coordinators’ greeting you at the front desk address the patrons by first name and make the visits pleasant and personable. There is parking in the rear, but sometimes non-customers take up the designated spots.

10/10 I do recommend! The front desk staff was friendly and very accommodating with my scheduling needs. Mary addressed each of my concerns and tailored my therapy sessions to strengthen but not overexert my lower back. Her patience, care, and compassion was appreciated. I cannot thank her enough for her time! She is definitely the one to see for your physical therapy sessions.

I came here for a lower back injury, and I had a great experience! I worked with Meredith, who is excellent, but all the staff are very friendly and work very well as a team. My back has improved so much since I started going to Athletico, and Meredith printed out a bunch of information for me to keep doing PT exercises on my own to help prevent future injuries. The staff was also very knowledgeable about my insurance (UChicago student insurance) and what was covered, which was really helpful.

I have very high regards for my therapist. Craig is the best of the best! I am better because of his care. All staff, professional and administrative support, are to be commended for the excellent work they do as a team. Every visit made me feel well taken care of from the moment I entered the facility. My treatment took several weeks; however, nothing was stressful or unpleasant. I was always greeted with a smile and left with the same warm feeling. The facility space has an atmosphere of calm and healing. Thanks to everyone. May everyone be blessed! And the business prosper.

The entire team was extremely professional. The program that the therapists put together helped my injury heal quicker than my surgeon expected. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of physical therapy! Eddie C

The receptionists are very friendly. I have had several therapists and they were all good. I am starting to see improvement in my lower back. I even ordered a few of the gadgets for home so l can continue with my exercises.

I have seen noticeable improvement from physical therapy in each of my groups of sessions. I have been working on balance this time and am much stronger. The therapists are caring, and encouraging. And it has a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.

I've been going to this PT facility for over a month. Craig is the BEST! All the PT techs are great, friendly staff, clean facility & lots of smiles. I'm dealing with a 2nd time rotator cuff tear post surgery & this time I feel very confident in my long road 2 recovery. Thanks Athletico! I highly recommend this place if you want winning results.
