Athletico Physical Therapy - Braselton

This is the ONLY place I will go to for physical therapy. I have been there 3 times for various surgery rehab and injuries and each time they helped me improve. The entire staff really cares about you getting better. Kaitlyn is the best at what she does and works hard to help you get better. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

I feel I benefited a lot from my therapy at Athlectico. My appointments were on time. The therapists were friendly and most of all paid attention to me, the patient. They were knowledgeable of my situation and also very encouraging. Also the facility was very clean and welcoming.

Everyone was knowledgeable and so very kind. They all worked together to make sure I had the right tools in order to get better and to stay healthy. I looked forward to every appointment.

The photo with the pool is misleading. I called this morning to make an appointment for aquatic therapy at the Braselton location. There is no pool, no aquatic therapy. I was told that they do evaluations and then send you to a location in Gainesville. When I Googled aquatic therapy near me at 30548 Athletico was at the top of the list. Inaccurate and deceptive. **Update: Regional Director Justin called me to discuss this review I wrote yesterday and to check on my wellbeing. He was very professional in explaining how there was once a pool and now there isn't in Braselton. He explained he's working with Google and his company IT team to take "aquatic" out of advertising. ***Second update*** I received an email from the Regional Director today asking me to change my one star rating to three or four stars. He implied my low review would cause patients to think the clinic doesn't offer good care on land. I believe any patient looking for a good physical therapy clinic will see that my complaint and subsequent low review is strictly about what I think is false advertising. This clinic doesn't offer aquatic therapy yet there is a photo with a pool and if Googled the clinic comes up first in aquatic therapy in Braselton. My review doesn't mention the quality of care this clinic provides because I have no experience with actual physical therapy there. This request is an attempt to keep a five star rating which translates into money. My review stands. Do better Justin, you lost credibility with this request.

My Athletico therapists were professional, knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and considerate when treating my health issues. I’ve been to other physical therapists and I only want to go to back to Athletico if I need assistance in the future.

I have worked with physical therapist Kaitlin on two separate occasions (2019 and 2024) and had significant gains in strength and mobility as well as greatly reduced pain. I enjoy her positive attitude and the way she works to help me achieve mutually set goals.

Athletico Braselton is excellent! The level of care and attention provided to both my wife and I has been outstanding! The entire staff is both professional and friendly! I highly recommend Athletico Braselton!

All of the therapists show that they care about you and your chief issue. If you mention something about the exercise being too easy or too hard they adjust. They pay attention to you.
