I'm so grateful for the excellent PT experience with Kelsey at Athletic Lab. After starting a new sport and getting recurrent shoulder pain from a prior injury, I knew my regular lifting program was not enough to solve the problem. The initial consult thoroughly identified potential issues and Kelsey came up with a progressive and challenging PT program over several weeks. I'm now back in action without pain and additionally have the foundation in the movements and specific exercises necessary for preventing this issue to repeat again. I was fortunate to find this lovely and welcoming space where the PT's are involved for the full session, and can program knowledgeably from rehab to sports performance.

I have been struggling with Achilles pain for over a year, and it was really affecting my day-to-day activities. Nothing seemed to help long-term, which led me to Athletic Lab. Kelsey was incredibly helpful and responsive to my needs. She really took the time to understand my condition and developed a personalized program for me. After a few sessions, I began to notice improvements. Now, I feel much more confident in my movement. Athletic Lab's approach is thorough and tailored, and Kelsey’s guidance have made a big difference in my recovery. Thanks to them, I’m finally feeling like I’m on the road to full recovery!

Highly recommend Athletic Lab and especially Jen! I was having some pretty bad back pain from lifting and I thought I could fix it on my own. It wasn't getting much better so I was recommended to go to Athletic Lab and I am so so glad I did. Jen quickly identified what was causing my pain and helped retrain how to lift properly while also focusing on strengthening various muscle groups that were attributing to my pain. I feel so much stronger after working with Jen and am now also equipped to manage similar pain if it happens again in the future. I can't say enough good things about Athletic Labs so if you are considering it, definitely go!

Jen is amazing! When I first visited, I couldn’t run for more than 10 minutes due to pain in my ankle and shoulder. I was also experiencing shoulder pain while sleeping, and my arms would go numb several times during the night, making it impossible to get consistent rest. Jen quickly identified the root causes of these issues, and with her expert guidance, I’m now back at full strength. I can run pain-free, and I’m finally able to sleep through the night without waking up with numb arms. Most importantly, Jen taught me how to properly engage the muscles in my feet, glutes, and back, giving me the confidence that these problems won’t return. She’s always quick to respond to questions—even at 6 a.m. on a Saturday! I can’t recommend Jen and Athletic Lab enough.

I was dealing with a recurring running injury and felt very well taken care of by Kelsey and Athletic Lab. They are very knowledgeable and provide detailed care while maintaining a warm and uplifting atmosphere. Would absolutely recommend to anyone dealing with a sports-related injury.

Jen is an absolutely oustanding PT. I came in 1.5 year after hip surgery unable to shake the pain and stiffness and within a month of work with her I am able to run again and feel no pain during the day while sitting at my desk. Jen is kind, warm, professional and a joy to work with, but most importantly, she is exceptionally smart. She is a natural storyteller and was able to help me understand why I was experiencing pain and what I can do to prevent it moving forward in a way my last 3 physical therapists could not. I can not recommend her enough - she is the best dr of any type I have ever worked with and Athletic Lab is lucky to have her!

I adore my physical therapist Jen. She has made a really torturous recovery from two foot surgeries bearable with such kindness and patience and enthusiasm! I’m so lucky to have found her❤️ No way could I have done it without her expertise and spirit.

Athletic lab healed me! Before going to athletic lab, I was dealing with debilitating leg/glute pain (sciatica like) and was diagnosed with an array of different potential issues. I went to multiple PTs, massage therapists, dry needling sessions, acupuncture, cortisone shot etc. and only ever got temporary relief. As a Hail Mary, I decided to go to athletic lab (which was out of pocket) because they took a full body approach rather than just looking at the specific area of pain. After a few months of PT sessions, I’m happy to say I’m pain free and on the path to getting back into shape 😅. It turns out I had some old foot and ankle injuries I needed to deal with that were causing issues up the chain. I’m so grateful to athletic lab, especially Ervin, for helping me through this injury and getting me to the other side! I highly suggest going to athletic lab if you want to get back to what you love, pain free!
