The preventative injury knee class with Ashley has been a game changer for me. For the first season in many years I am able to ski pain free and I owe this all to Ashley's expertise and guidance. Her knowledge and passion is motivating and effective. I have worked with many sports injury therapists throughout my professional ski career, Ashley is one of the absolute best.
My daughter has been taking Ashly’s class for about a year and loves it! She recently had a sports physical and the doctor told us she hadn’t seen another teen with stronger legs and hips. I believe this class has greatly contributed to an injury free year. She says it is hard work but in such a fun and supportive atmosphere!
