I first experienced Karen Messersmith's expertise when I had sun poisoning and my legs were swollen and painful. She was able to relieve the swelling in my legs in one 90-minute session. Today, she worked her magic again and relieved pain MD's, Chiropractic, Acupuncture and Massage could not help. I was completely pain free when she finished our session. I didn't know about "Strain-Counter Strain" training but she certainly does. Torn about writing this review because she's quite busy. Selfishly want to see her monthly for maintenance. Karen is an exceptional therapist, who helped me overcome my stubborn hip pain, which was limiting me from walking, exercising, driving, and much more. I was devastated and frustrated, because nothing was helping. My doctor recommended MRI, cortisone shot, and surgery because I had started limping. When I met Karen, I was nervous but I am so glad that she used her exceptional hands on skills to heal me and resolve my pain. After two sessions, I was back to normal. She helped me get my life back and save my self from surgery! She is the best and highly recommend to anyone that wants to stay active & live their life to the fullest!
