I have two daughters that have attended therapy since they were two years old. We moved and unfortunately it is to far for us to continue here. Hince this reverie. I think everyone should know how amazing this place is. The therapist here have made us feel like apart of their family and have encouraged us not only in the advancement our children needed but myself as a parent and human being. Our speech pathologist was Chelsea Ritz has been a constant in our lives for almost 10 years, she has helped my children grow not only in their speech but their confidence. I fully believe my girls would not be where they are today without her. My girls also attended occupational therapy here. We have had a few therapist over the years in this role and my girl and I loved them all. Then Chelsea Feachen came into our lives a few years ago and my girls were improving faster. What was more noticeable was how much they grew in there confidence to do whatever they worked on that week. She has quickly become a friend and confidant. She is an amazing woman. If you have made it this far in the review you know how much I love the staff here. I want to just say one last thing. Thank you, thank you for being a place of acceptance and love and light. Thank you for being a safe place in a dark world.

We cannot sing enough praises about APT. The staff is phenomenal, from Kimmie at the front desk, to all the providers. They will work with you on scheduling and Kimmie goes above and beyond. The therapist are just as amazing! My daughter has been in Speech therapy over a year and has grown LEAPS and bounds. She does Occupational therapy also, until we had a regular appointment weekly open up they worked us in all the time so we saw most of the OT providers and loved them all!! We are currently on the waiting list for PT too, and I’m certain it will be just as great. Our daughter is Level 2 Autistic, and they have helped oh so much! She’s even open to brushing her teeth after only 2 sessions with it. As a parent, I have learned SO SO much from the providers and ways to help improve her skills and daily life. I will forever be grateful to APT for all they’ve done for our family.

My son has been going here for over three years and we couldn’t be happier with APT. Brooke, Heather, Kim, and Sydney have all been amazing and have helped him grow more than we thought possible. The whole staff is amazing and everyone cheers my son on when he achieves new goals. APT and our therapists are like family to us.

Ms Kendall creates unique, challenging experiences for our child that specifically target areas where we would like to see him perform better. She is fun and positive and a joy to work with!

I have two sons who both receive therapy at this APT location. One receives speech therapy and the other eating therapy- both with Hannah who is AMAZING. She is kind and extremely patient, but also very good at keeping them focused and on task. That’s pretty hard with energetic little boys! We’ve seen vast improvement in both since they began working with Hannah and we couldn’t be more grateful!

My daughter has been here since she was 18 months and now 8 years old. We’ve seen many amazing therapist over the years. We’ve been with Chelsea for speech for years and love how much she cares about her patients. The same goes for Ms. Kim for PT!

Greetings. Taking a moment to write this review. Honestly, it's been delayed for about two months now! Better late than never, right? My child started here when it was Jones Therapy Services. We were seen on a weekly basis. Immediately, we were welcomed by the staff. They educated me on their practice, the processes we'd complete, and the goals we'd achieve. Quickly, we became close as the atmosphere promoted unity, once upon a time. We were paired with our therapist who'd we continue to stay with until December 2022. She built my child's confidence, taught long lasting skills, and always gave 100 % during our sessions. My child became so comfortable, that I know longer needed to sit in therapy sessions! A breakthrough, to say the least. I credit so much of my child's improved behavior to her. She is sorely missed! January 2023, we were paired with a professional who we were familiar with. Things started out okay then they took a turn. The behaviors exhibited from that therapist were unkind and my child started regressing. I became concerned as I didn't want our past therapist's hard work to disappear. I then spoke with her and made some suggestions on how we could improve the quality of my child's sessions. She then became offended and created a false narrative around our conversation. She asked to remove herself as our therapist. I found nothing wrong with that because I'd observed her being short and mean to my child so I agreed she was no longer a good fit. She later left the company but didn't finish out her agreement with us. I spoke with a supervisor who did nothing. Owner? Silent treatment. The service went downhill from there. We're then paired with another therapist. Fresh out of school. Few sessions with her wasn't much to brag about. She didn't come across as relatable at all. My child struggle to be acclimated to her style of therapy. She, too, became rude. Very quickly. The staff, as a whole, became very cold towards us. Retaliation was at the forefront. Small things started happening like clients walking into my child's session, being ignored by the receptionist, and our paperwork not being available after session. Our last two sessions, other therapists were sitting in there. They weren't invited by myself and it was a TOTAL breach of confidentiality. When asking the staff about these incidents, again, they (staff), played victim. I then receive a phone call stating they're terminating my child services. There were many times that the staff wasn't kind, yet, I continued for the sake of my child. With the new ownership, a decrease in professionalism appeared. We've been clients for almost 2 years and NEVER experienced this kind of treatment. Long review but I want to lay out the reasoning behind my rating. As a consumer, I depend on reviews. So if you're seeking QUALITY care for your children, this practice is no longer the place. Thankfully, this isn't the only pediatric therapy practice in town. Children should come first. Not the fragile egos of staff. Do better and remember your "why". It's about the children, always. (Update: They knew they were in the wrong...they spent $22.80 to send my child's paperwork to me. I'm literally 6 mins. away. Poor excuse for a company and business practices are awful!) Again... beware!

My son did speech therapy here when he was 2, he is 4 now. He did not like it at first but by his 4th session he was okay with it. I liked both therapists he saw, they were very sweet ladies. It's strange how you can just meet someone and know they enjoy their job and actually care. Sadly his favorite therapist left for a new job and with her we left as well. But his time here was a pleasant experience. He learned to color, paint, the social interaction was great. The main problem we had was the waiting room- my son hated being surrounded by so many other people and would often cry or rock himself. The front desk receptionist would watch him as if it drove her crazy but his therapist always reassured us it's perfectly okay for him to be upset in a new environment and remind us to not give up! We might be calling them again as his pediatrician referred us to another speech therapist and we were not impressed at all!
