Charleen Parker was hands down the best therapist. She’s very encouraging and she has very good techniques to help you overcome deep depression and anxiety from ways of eating to mental exercises and a journaling and much more. I have learned to be in control of my own mental heath because of her. Without her I would probably still be a mess with crippling anxiety and depression. I’m so thankful for her and her hard efforts to be my support system and a great therapist. She deserves a shout out. She’s very patient and understanding she’s very easy to schedule a session with and each session you leave feeling better and more confident with yourself and your progress.
