Anika is very knowledgeable!! Does in depth testing and asks questions to diagnose and assess the issue. Treatment is done multiple ways. She treated my foot with a combination of myofascial release tools, stretching & massage,and dry needleing with electric stim. Overall great experience and highly recommend, I’ve even referred clients to them!

I would like to thank Dr. Matt Feder for his exceptional approach to my placement in physical rehabilitation. He has such a great focus and technique, and is highly skilled,competent and so well trained ! I could not have healed as well as I have, without his hard work and guidance. I came to see Dr. Matt after I had knee surgery and at that point I could not do much due to my knee !!! He was very compassionate, and he taught me to walk, stand, balance, go up and downstairs! He just helped me more than I thought possible and i feel so much better physically and have a little bit more confidence to perform normal activities again!!! Anika has been especially instrumental in helping with my back pain through targeted needling and has truly thought outside the box to address my mobility issues. I'm having such an amazing experience seeing my physical therapist Matt Feder. I have been dealing with chronic lower back and leg pain for years. It got to an unbearable point which is when I found Matt and began my treatments with him which were seriously Gamechangers for my pain!!! After a few months of being treated, I noticed almost 100% relief in my daily pain and discomfort I was experiencing. I continue to see him on a regular basis plus the personalized at home plan he created for me is incredible and very manageable to keep up with. Matt is an extremely knowledgeable, compassionate doctor who really knows what he is doing and genuinely cares about how his patient feels!!! He reaches out to me just to see how I am doing!!!! I have no hesitation in recommending Matt Feder at ASR. I have been coming to ASR for about a year. I had a lot of pain in my right leg and lower back. Matt has done a wonderful job recognizing the problem and showing me the right exercises to strengthen the area. I now have very little and some times no pain.

I’m a fitness enthusiast and recently started working on my bar muscle ups that I haven’t done in years. Due to over training , I developed tennis elbow in my left arm. I met Dr. Anika Arevalo during The 1st Annual Miami Beach Wellness weekend while she was volunteering. Dr. Arevalo gave me an exam, than I scheduled an appointment with ASR; the facility is amazing , organized and clean. Dr. Arevalo explained that dry needling will help the healing process with specialized exercises focusing on the areas causing pain , with over a decade of experience in Dry needling and even more as an Physical Therapist I knew I was in great hands! Throughout the treatment Dr. Arevalo kept me comfortable with conversation and also gave detailed information about what exactly was being done in my treatment which was painless. My elbow has recovered and I no longer feel pain. I will be returning for more treatment! Thank you Dr. A!

After a week of having surgery, I started my physical therapy session with Matt at ASR Physical Therapy. A month later, I went to see the doctor for my check-up, and he was impressed with how much I could move and flex my arm. He was not expecting that much progress in a month. Now, I have my 5-month check-up with the surgeon next month. My arm is completely recovered, and I have full functionality of it. I am so grateful to Matt and the ASR Physical Therapy team for working with me in my recovery. Matt carried me through the darkest time in my life, and for that, I will always be grateful to him. He was not only my physical therapist. He was a friend.
