WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! From nurses to techs, they are ALL accomodating to their patients. Meets needs immediately. Especially Angela, a tech, goes far beyond her job duty to help me. Very pleased with my experience. This is 2nd time I had to have rehabilitation and I would not go elsewhere. The admistrator, Jamie Jordan was extremely professional and kind. However I cannot speak highly enough about Angela. Angela was always on time with medication. She really cares and looks after her patients. Would most definitely recommend Aspire in Hoover to anyone. Would definitely send one of my loved one's here. Also the physical therapist and Occupational therapist were great. Speech therapy was great. Cant speak highly enough about Ben. He was very friendly and personable. Extremely pleased. Speech therapish was great and very accomodating.

If i could give 0 stars I would. My dad was not taken care of at all. Left without being cleaned up for hours causing more medical issues, not given him his meds when he needs it. He pushed his call button and the nurses ignore the call button. They make false accusations about my dad being violent and vulgar. Giving him food that he can't eat and not offering anything else. DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE

Hello to all at Aspire hoover, first I would love to say that I was so blessed to have chosen this wonderful place for my mom, on her first day of arrival we was greeted with the most wonderful people who was working that late evening at the front desk. They came out and help me get my mother out the car and just made us feel so welcomed. From the front to the back, The nursing team, was outstanding, marketing.. Physical therapist was fantastic! We really appreciate you all. My mom enjoyed her stay and also enjoyed the meals. She always complemented whomever the person in charge of preparing her meals. She enjoyed it! Thank you! Housekeeping team was so friendly and nice..they kept her room nice and clean. I just really appreciate all of you from the front and in between and to the back to the whole nursing team. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️ The Jackson family

I had a family member here and it was not a pleasant experience. The staff is severely overworked and obviously under appreciated. It’s evident leadership is lacking at this facility. Some sweet nurses, but having management experience on a high level, I clearly see the leadership inadequacies.

My wife was there for 2 weeks. The meals were bad. The physical therapy was a waste of time, they did very little with her. She mostly laid in bed. When they found out we wanted to be discharged they refused to meet with us to begin the discharge. They kept her 5 extra days before we got the discharge.

My dad is currently a patient here. We have been pleasantly pleased with the service here. Candice helped my dad get into a VA nursing facility very quickly! my dad loved the aspire facility.

My wife was transported here after two weeks at Brookwood with pneumonia. Since coming to Aspire, ever member of the staff has been cheerful and anxious to help my wife, no matter what time of day. With the physical and occupational therapy she has received, we expect to be well enough to take her home on Mother’s Day 2024, just ten days after admission. Candace Clark was especially helpful in setting up everything and Robin and Meltrease were always cheerful and helpful as well!

Hi my Mother is Presently residing at the facility in Hoover after almost a near Death experience so she was in the hospital about 3 weeks I knew like before she would need physical therapy so Aspire was right at the top of my list so she's there now in therapy and is doing well like before and I know the window for rehab is 30days top well on today I received a call from I assume the physical therapist about what mom at home physical routines will be and I told her that mom was going to be long-term there after her Rehabilitation and I missed the call but on my voice mail she stated that Aspire wasn't a Long-term facility which I know isn't true because when mom was there before they ask if she would like to become longterm there but we declined the offer because mom was at the other facility down the street South Haven facility but in admission I had stated to the admissions Rep that I wanted my mom to be long-term after the Rehabilitation and she said ok now all of a sudden Aspire iand see that >sn't a long-term facility when u can Google it and see that they offer Short-term and long-term so whom can I speak with at the facility for the truth
