If you have a child that needs any type of OT then this is the place to come! All of The therapist are amazing! The front office staff is so great and accommodating! It was really important that we find a village that saw our daughter first as a bright sassy girl that just happens to have autism and deficits. And they have gone above and beyond to not only show this to us but more importantly to our daughter!!! There are not enough stars for this review!!!

There are no words to describe how grateful we are for Aspire. The most incredible team of people. I have seen amazing improvements in things my daughter was struggling with! The entire staff goes above and beyond all expectations! They have made us feel like family since day one. Thank you Aspire for everything yall do!

This place is absolutely amazing!!! When our son was diagnosed autistic, we were overwhelmed with emotions and questions and everyone at Aspire welcomed us with open arms and guided us through the process of helping our son get on track to success. Since he has started there we have seen incredible progression. We are so thankful for Margie and her staff and the family feel of Aspire Pediatrics. 10/10!!

I debated taking the time to leave a review, but if I can help another parent it’s worth it. I withdrew my child from this place after a traumatic event took place. My child never liked coming to this place it had a dark dingy feel to it. Once we would enter the parking lot, she would cry every time. My child never had a designated therapist to consistently work with her for her weekly OT visit. It was always a different group of students every few weeks. Needless to say just as she got comfortable with one set of students, they would switch out to a new set of students. The last day that she attended therapy at this place she was was scheduled to work with the actual therapist. My child was not accustomed to working with this therapist since she rarely was the one to provide the therapy. My child was very irritated and uncomfortable this day working with this therapist, and the therapist was clearly irritated with my child. The therapist decided to cut the session short since my child was inconsolable and uncomfortable. When I asked if the therapist if she thought the frustration could stem from the constant change of students working with her, and at that time she threw her hands in the air and said “well we can’t get anywhere with her like this”. This response was absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. Thank goodness a spot opened up elsewhere for my child and we didn’t ever have to go back. I would NEVER recommend anyone to attend here after that experience.

My child has been going here since May 2020. I have seen a great improvement in him and we love Ms. Merical who works with him. As for the billing department, I’ve seen a few negative reviews about them. It’s your responsibility as an adult to know what your co-pay or out of pocket is and pay it. I got a statement after not paying a month of sessions. I knew I was backed up. The girl upfront was great to work with. I paid my balance and asked her to set up automatic deductions from my debit card each time my child came for a session. It’s been working out great and I haven’t gotten behind since setting this up. No one I have come in contact with at Aspire has been unreasonable and I’ve always had a pleasant experience there. I highly recommend Aspire no matter what your child needs help with.

I definitely had to withdraw my son from there. He HATED that place and was terrrrrified of Ms. Margie!! Ms. Merical was THE BEST and MOST AMAZING OT there! After she left there was absolutely NO reason to go back there. My son has progressed tremendously after withdrawing him from that weird place.

We are in LOVE with everything about Aspire!! The staff is professional, loving and kind!! My kiddo looks forward to going!! They are truly passionate about the kids and the families. They educate and inform the parents so that the children can be best supported at all times!! It truly takes a village and Aspire is part of our family. Look no further for your Occupational therapy to Speech Therapy needs!! Not only do you feel the support from the therapist, but the office staff is so helpful and willing to go above and beyond with any questions. They are always willing to work with our crazy schedule!! Such a supportive group!

This has been a great experience for us and our daugther. The therapists genuinely seem excited as kids make progress. My daughter loves it there and it has helped her progress very quickly. Friendly and helpful staff makes it an easy process even in a pandemic.
