Dr Boaz is a true magician! I am a very active athlete and his therapy has significantly improved my recovery time, flexibility, alignment, power, and helped address joint discomfort. Highly recommended for a variety of reasons even if you just need some general "maintenance" on the joints and muscles to keep them fresh.

The first time I saw Boaz, I had dislocated my SI joint and could barely walk or move. He fixed it straight away and I left his office significantly improved. Unfortunately, I have done the same thing to my SI joint a number of times since and I always know Boaz will correct the problem and make my back feel better. Because of sports and work ergonomics, I also get significant upper back and shoulder tightness/pain. My favorite sports are swimming and tennis and I really want to stay active – Boaz always manages to make everything feel better and keep me moving. I trust in his expertise because he always knows exactly what is wrong and how to correct it. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Boaz is amazing. I've suffered with hip tightness and pain for over 7 years and have seen a variety of providers and PTs to find relief. I had an IMMEDIATE improvement in pain after my first session. He's got a great bedside manner, is really knowledgeable, and I'm so excited to continue working on my challenges with him.

As a competitive athlete, it's refreshing to work with a PT that not only respects what you do, but supports you in wanting to get back to 100% healthy and doing whatever sport or activity you love. That is Dr. Boaz. I worked with him for a few years while rehabbing a pretty significant back injury that also effected my nerves. He did more than just get me back to my old self -- he served as a sounding board for me on my recovery journey as well as a friend that was there to listen to my anger and frustrations when things weren't progressing as I hoped. It was apparent how much he truly cared about helping me recover and getting me back to my sport -- I have never worked with another PT who was more "in my corner" than Dr. Boaz. He's extremely smart, professional and an absolute pleasure to work with; I can't recommend him enough!!

I started seeing Dr. Boaz last year, due to constant pain and limited mobility from a shoulder surgery I had years ago. When I started seeing him, I could not even hang from a pull up bar without extreme pain. Now I am able to do unassisted pull ups pain-free! Dr. Boaz is the best!

Dr. Boaz Ritblatt is an excellent P.T. And I highly recommend him. If you are injured, search no longer. Dr. Boaz will work with you in an easy to understand, professional and sincere manner to get you back up and running in no time. Thank you so much Dr. Boaz for all your help!

Dr. Boaz is the best. He uses a variety of techniques to keep my back and hips healthy and keep me out on the golf course! Highly recommended.

While on a run in Feb 2020 I rolled my ankle while running in the dark (live and learn). I proceeded to run through the pain for over a year. Running is hard enough, running with a sprained ankle makes a bad thing worse. Finally, I got to the point that I was considering taking a break from running, but that was not a feasible as it sounds as we are in the middle of a pandemic, they aren't exactly a whole lot of options besides chasing the sunrise on the trails (indoor gyms are still mostly closed and mask mandates make the open ones less attractive). Thus, I started googling around for a solution. Fortunately, I "stumbled" upon Aspire Health & Wellness. Okay, so I book an appointment online, that was easy. I filled all my paperwork online, done deal. I arrived a week later, 5 minutes early for my appointment time. As soon as I walk in, I'm greeted at the door, and the nurse knows my name straight away. They took my temperature (Pandemic Protocols), and they took me back to the therapy center (no waiting, what what!!!). The treatment process really brought out the human element. The doctor listened to my story, and they began treatment. I didn't feel for a moment rushed. I never felt for a moment that their time was more valuable than my time. I was treated with dignity and respect. And the only downside is that the darn PiezoWave machine is painful as all hell, but I think it might be the reason that I am back to 100%. Piezo uses sound waves to break up scar tissue as I understand it - I was dubious about all of this, but the results speak for themselves. I loved the fact that your credit card is on file and everything just happens without all the painful administration typically associated with insurance driven care. Perhaps that is the secret to getting excellent care without the BS: Just pay for the care you need, and if you're so inclined, you can submit the bill to your insurance carrier for reimbursement. See you on the trails.
