ASIS Physical Therapy, Rancho Bernardo

UPDATE: Trisha, from ASIS, was able to solve the communications gap (with another employee) and find me appointments through the end of the year. I was previously told there was nothing available until next year! As a longtime, satisfied, client, I was appalled of the lack of flexibility, and effort, when I called to book appointments for my new diagnosis. Today, Trish from ASIS called me and reconciled the situation. I am going to return to ASIS for PT. She was able to "find" appointments, which I had been previously told were not available for at least 3 months. Today I changed my review from 2 Stars to 5 Stars. My prior experience, until this recent scheduling issue, had been at the 5 Stars level. I am hopeful, and anticipating, a return to the excellent PT and thoughtful insight into my care and treatment will be at the previous level, which was 5 Stars.

Absolutely 💯 glad I chose to do my physical therapy with them. They are absolutely hitting the nail on the head in helping me continue participating in the activities that make me happy & healthy. They are attentive and give you the feeling of personal care most places lack. Short and simple, they care. Highly recommend them.

My physical therapist, Katie O’Connor is very gentle and thorough with helping me to Regain my strength in my hip. The other staff members of ASIS are very friendly and polite and make you feel very welcome. I would recommend this physical therapy company highly.

I am an 80-year-old retired College Dean, now living with my wife in Rancho Bernardo, San Diego, California. My left ankle and foot had been misaligned for many decades. I want to be able to walk as part of my daily exercise but my ankle and foot would hurt and prevent me from any meaningful walks. My daughter and son-in-law recommended ASIS Physical Therapy, and especially they recommended Dr. Kevin Pansky. So, I signed up for a course of treatments. Dr. Kevin proved to be extremely well-trained and qualified. He worked on my foot and ankle and then devised a set of exercises to do at home. His assistants would then work with me on those exercises. I now have new shoes with new inserts and I am feeling much better walking. I have started walking on a treadmill at home and in time, I plan to build it up so I may be able to go outside for good long walks. Dr. Kevin and his entire staff are very caring and patient-friendly. They are very busy and full of patients all day because they are very good. So, their patients keep coming back for treatment. I would wholeheartedly recommend ASIS Physical Therapy.

I highly recommend ASIS Physical Therapy in Rancho Bernardo. I have gone to various physical therapy providers in the greater San Diego area over the last ten years for various treatment, including those in the Scripps health system, I have to say ASIS in Rancho Bernardo is the best among them based on my experience. Their degreed therapists (all doctors) are of the highest caliber, the assistants are very capable, and their office is quite efficient and friendly. I am very impressed by my current therapist Dr. Aubree and am benefiting from the sessions.

Very professional staff. My PT Katie is extremely knowledgeable and knows my problem treatment plan quite well. Katie also has an AMAZING memory of her clients problems and social life. The other staff that followed up with me after Katie were thorough and watched my form. The equipment they provide at this facility is amazing. They spend a lot of time with each of their clients.

Best PT organization I've encountered. Therapists are top notch. Their assistants are totally on board and are a knowledgeable extension of the therapists. The front desk and schedulers are so kind and helpful - constantly striving to find appointment availability. This is an organization that successfully practices internal customer service - respecting each other and working together to present a cohesive whole experience to their external customers.
