Our mother fell and fractured her pelvis and everyone at Asian American Home Health(nurse, OP, and PT) was so friendly and wonderful with our mother. She couldn't even move a little on day one to fast recovery to walking with a cane in about 7 weeks. I tell everyone I know about AAHH to use them if ever in need. We are so grateful for their help!

I want to start by acknowledging the generally positive experience we've had with the staff at Asian American Home Health. Most team members have been incredibly professional, compassionate, and respectful, providing excellent care to my older family member and making her feel comfortable. However, our experience with Physical Therapist Bhavita has been quite troubling. Unlike the rest of the staff, Bhavita struggled with interacting effectively with non-English speaking seniors and those with memory concerns. They inaccurately documented that patients couldn't follow instructions, despite video evidence to the contrary, which resulted in patients being unfairly barred from accessing physical therapy. Bhavita's actions and comments have often been inappropriate and unprofessional, creating distress for patients and families. Our older family member, who was showing signs of strength improvement according to other Home Health members, was denied further physical therapy, which we found unjustified. Bhavita's language and tone often caused unnecessary stress for patients and family members alike. There is a noticeable discrimination against non-English speaking seniors and those with memory concerns, evidenced by Bhavita's refusal to conduct unbiased assessments or arrange for an assessment with a staff member who speaks our language, despite the availability of such staff. We did not want to post this review, but we are doing so out of frustration because our voice has not been heard despite speaking with numerous home health staff. Additionally, multiple clinical team members from her primary care team have spoken to Bhavita or Home Health and advocated for her to access physical therapy, but there has not been a resolution. We are shocked by this discrimination and feel compelled to share our experience to highlight the need for better treatment and understanding. It's unfortunate that one individual's behavior can overshadow the exceptionally positive experiences provided by the rest of the team.

I believe this type service Annie provides too myself is very important skill especially dealing with someone my Age 57yrs old disabled woman cather placement and many other health problems . Having postive attitude keep pushing your self attitude you nerve know things life journey changes all the times. Please don't miss interpret me she's don't play like she holds a Dr degree. She stays in her lane as RN nurses, but her perfersonalism is quite comforting, We All know Not one Agency I ever met or worked with Claim to be Our Amazing Awesome God.
