I do hot yoga (almost) daily and tennis once a week or so. Tension and pain in neck/shoulders, low back, knee pain. I wasn't sure what to expect because I have been to numerous massage, body work, chiropractors over the years without much lasting improvement. After my first appointment with Asher I was convinced that his technique and knowledge are what has been missing! Such an amazing difference! The results were not only immediate, but long lasting. He doesn't try to set you up for weeks/months/years long programs. I have decided to see him regularly (for now) because my results have been so dramatic. I want to get my body on track then will probably keep coming but less frequently for "tune ups". I feel confident that I will be able to continue doing the activities I love without having to endure pain. Effective!

I have gone to Asher barely being able to walk on crutches and walked out on my own. I also had a wrist injury for years after a motorcycle accident that prevented me from gripping things comfortably and Asher was able to resolve it in one session. This man is a life saver.

Asher doesn't do massage, he doesn't sort of help you, he is a true healer and a magician. I am an active person who tries to take care of his body. However, age and years of wear and tear has left me out of alignment. Asher is the ONLY person who knows exactly what the issue is whether it's my shoulders, knees, or hips and he fixes the root issue. If you have any pains either acute or long term, I highly suggest you go to a session with him. I have told so many people about Asher and his skills and will continue to do so. Thank you for keep me in the best shape I can be and also alleviating issues nobody else was able to fix. There is nobody else that can do what he does.

I am a regular runner starting to push into that Master’s division, so I am constantly doing everything I can to prevent serious injury. Asher is always a big help with that. Whenever I have a calf start to flare or part of my hip starting to tweak, Asher always helps nip any major issues in the bud. He quickly diagnoses what needs to be released in the kinetic chain, and does a great job releasing the tight areas. It’s not always fun, but it it always 100% beneficial.

I race Ironman Triathlons. I had both of my hamstrings surgically reattached and they need occasional (and sometimes more than occasional) tune ups :) My hamstrings were surgically reattached in 2018, and I have been to a handful of ART and trigger point folks since then to keep me racing. Asher was/is by far the best person I have been to. I think the most important thing was that he actually listened to me, which is oddly not something I have experienced with others. He also did not waste any time with trying to ease in, we just simply got to work. I had already qualified for the Ironman world championship when I met Asher but I was in significant pain and not looking forward to racing/training. Asher turned things around and when I raced Ironman again I was able to finish in the top ten overall for the first time in years. I would1000% recommend him to anyone.

Asher is fantastic. I was hesitant at first because his prices are higher than I'm used to paying for physical therapy or massage, but I was putting him in the wrong category with that thinking. He did, in literal minutes, what months of physical therapy could not. While massage feels good, it did very little in the way of repairing injuries I had. Asher on the other hand needed very little explaining or prompting. I told him my elbow had been hurting. He did some extremely painful poking for about 5 minutes and 80% of the pain was gone. It is incredible how quickly he is able to find the spots in the muscle that are messed up and how quickly he can make those spots stop being messed up. I highly recommend Asher. Don't waste your time with months of physical therapists and massage therapists and YouTube videos and chiropractors. Visit Asher first. It will save you so much time and money in the long run.

HIGHLY recommend this place. I am so thrilled to have found Asher Sports Therapy. I had shoulder surgery 2 months ago for frozen shoulder, severe bursitis and went to physical therapy elsewhere 4 days a week, 32 visits and had no results. My shoulder pain was getting worse and had hardly any improvement in mobility. A friend recommended Mr. ASHER and in 1 visit I gained more mobility then I have in 32 sessions elsewhere and the pain at night decreased by 30%. He works the shoulder the whole time rather than the 7 minutes i got elsewhere where i did exercises on my own the rest of the hour. Mr. Asher is superb in his knowledge of anatomy and his mannerism is exceptional. I just had my 2nd visit and am finally on my way to recovery. I am so grateful to have found him and will send everyone here in full confidence they are in the very best hands! It doesn't get any better.

I’m a bodybuilder and I had a sever nerve impediment and a muscle tightness that I couldn’t sleep function or focus from the unbearable pain. I went to Asher and in the first session of 40 mins I felt 50% better the pain and the tingling in my fingers got way less and I could lightly workout again and after the 2nd session I felt a lot more better and he completely worked on the origin/route of the never and followed the nerve all the way to my finger to release the tension and now I feel only 1 or 2 more visits and I will be back to fully function with no limitation or pain. In my opinion through my sport’s career as a professional water polo player and bodybuilder he is a true professional sports nerve injury healer. I’m thankful that I found him. Highly recommend.
