I recently had the pleasure of working with Jolly, a phenomenal physical therapist, during my recovery from a broken leg. Jolly's expertise and empathetic nature truly made a significant difference in my healing journey. She was incredibly knowledgeable, guiding me through each step of my rehabilitation with confidence and care. Jolly's communication skills were outstanding. She consistently kept Dr. Bailey, my foot and ankle specialist, updated on my progress, ensuring that I felt fully involved in my recovery process. Her ability to explain complex medical concepts in a way that I could easily understand was immensely helpful and reassuring. Thanks to Jolly's dedication and exceptional skills, I am now back to full health. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of a top-notch physical therapist. After tearing two tendons in my ankle, I was referred to Dr. Patel (Jolly) by my podiatrist, Dr. Bailey whose office is next to Ascent Pysical Therapy. I have worked with several physical therapists for different issues over time. I have never had a bad experience with a physical therapist. However, I can say that Jolly is by far the best. From the moment I met Jolly, her caring manner was evident. She listens closely to what the patient is dealing with and addresses each and every concern. During all my sessions, she has pushed and challenged me, but also made sure that I was working within my physical limitations. She is extremely knowledgeable of her profession and is able to clearly explain to me what is going on and what needs to be done to succeed and have a full recovery. She has even identified other issues that I should address with my doctor. She schedules her patients effectively such that even if times overlap, she can give her full attention to each patient while in different stages of their sessions. She is very personable very nice to work with. If I ever have the need for physical therapy again, I will definitely go straight to Jolly. I highly recommend her to anyone on need of a physical therapist.

Ascent Physical Therapy is one of the best PT clinics in our neighborhood. Dr. Patel treated me for my neck and upper back pain using latest updated technology that she has at the clinic. Her guidance through out the treatment and recovery has helped my day to day activities easy going, stress and pain free.

Jolly treated me for my achilles tendinitis. I went there as it was recommended by a friend and also in-network. I found Jolly to be very professional, knowledgeable, and caring about her patients. She provides one-on-one therapy for a full hour. She constantly asks for feedback to see if the treatment is working or not. I had a great experience with Jolly and would recommend her if you are ever in need of physical therapy.
