The staff here were all so compassionate and went over the top to make me feel comfortable and cared for. The receptionists were welcoming and accommodating. The nurse was sweet and comforting. The NP Wanda McFall was so attentive and went above and beyond to give me the best care possible. I felt like I was at a primary care office more than an occupational health clinic. I cannot say more good things about my experience.

Rude receptionist had no interest in helping us. Employee should learn how to treat all patients with respect. Will never return. Visited on 11/21 in the afternoon, hopefully that narrows it down and you acknowledge the rude behavior.

the worst. My fiancé was injured at work and they had him come to ascension to get checked out, first visit was such a long wait to even get seen. We are now here again for the follow up and we’ve been here for 2 hours and had multiple people that showed up after us be seen first even though my fiancé had an appointment for 10am. It’s now 12:00 and he’s been sitting in a room for about an hour and no one has even been in the room to talk to him. Half of the time the receptionists are either on their phone or just not paying attention to patients that are asking for help. One patient was in need of a wheelchair but i’m guessing the facility only has one because the receptionist told her “it’s in use right now, you can wait until it’s free”.

I have been going to this place for age and great experience, but my last experience in late Dec early Jan was the worst. The workers were very rude and disrespectful. The lab tech told me if I walk in there I could get my leg up to X-ray (I later find out NOT from their poor service, through Al work comp that I had a torn PCL, damage MCL sprain meniscus). Then the workers were getting mad because I couldn’t make my bladder urinate, I explain to them that since my injury I have not been able to ambulate for food or hydration so I’m a little dehydrate, (they didn’t care) Started yelling at me saying I’m being stubborn and not cooperating and lying telling this to my employer. My employer said to come back in the morning. I came back with 2 large Powerade drinking constantly when it was time to urinate the staff deliberately had me waiting until I almost urinate on myself in the waiting room. I barely made it to bathroom crying in pain trying to move as fast as I could. Security was the only civil person. I’m a nurse I don’t treat my patient that way, they should be ashamed cause I can do all their job.

My nephew went for an occupational drug screening and was racially profiled because he was “suspicious”. He was then screamed at and security was called on him. He is very young and not from here and was belittled and treated with no respect. The staff is rude and disorganized. I am sure this is why they have such a poor rating on google and yelp.

Totally a joke mom had appointments at 11:30 to be seen was a hour early. It is now 1:30pm she still not been seen. They claim need a room but have literally emptied the waiting room 2 times. People coming in a hour and half after her appointments has been seen and left. This is ridiculous

I've been here several times. Each time, all employees were polite and professional. Most times, I was in and out, but it does depend on what happens because one time, I had to wait due to the number of patients being seen. It wasn't an issue. The staff showed no stress, remained professional, and I was still seen. I give five stars without any hesitation.
