July 2024. I have had Cameron and Tron, and they are excellent, even when I have doubts. The sessions begin and end promptly, so if waiting was a concern, it seems to be gone now.

Chris on South way Blvd was my Physical Therapist. He got me to moving! My daughter is a nurse and her and my sons really liked the gentle way he pushed me and didn't let me give up! Thank you Chris.

DO NOT GO HERE! My referral didnt go thru to their fax.... cave man right?...should be internet. I am a Care Giver for 2 companies. There is a shortage of workers, especially in Peru and rural areas. Wouldn't work me in. I called on Monday, no response. I called Thursday referral not there. I finally got scheduled for assessment another week or so. I was assessed and asked to book appointments. They were nasty and refused. I was put in for magnet therapy not pt, it was rejected. I had my letter but still not heard from them. I called and staff were nasty and forgot who pays her check. It was submitted again for pt. I was called weeks later after 5pm and oh how nice she was then. I ignored call. I WENT TO TEAM REHAB!! I was worked in about 3 days and had explained my trade and shortage to cover clients. I was seen Monday, given a 5 week schedule of appointments, and they are terrific. Today, is Wed. my insurance approval is done!!!. I was called a 2nd time Monday to be scheduled for the lousy one. I answered and said NO THANKYOU CLICK! UNBELIEVABLE To be outdated in their communication, not answer or return a voice mail, drag it out leaving people in pain off work and no income, plus be rude. I had 4 dif work notes from my doctor and Ortho thru all the stagnant uncaring process!

This place is a train wreck. Brought my mother here for therapy after a stroke. Her first PT Tim wanted to man handle her and talk down to her. I changed to Sharon Aboud, what a mistake. She wanted to yell and scream at my mother. When I talked to her about it she said that's just how she talks. Sharon didn't do that to other patients. After 6 months of a nightmare Sharon blindsided me with threats that my mother's endurance would never increase and she would never walk with a cane. I was to come up with my mother's new goals. I told her I didn't go to school to be a PT and that was her responsibility. She threatened several times to discharge my mother. My mother shortly after started walking with a cane and csn walk more than 500 ft at a time. At this point I had had enough. I moved her to another facility and in less than 6 weeks my mother had achieved more than 6 months of therapy at this place. I asked multiple times to speak with management and that never happen. Aaron wouldn't take my calls either. Seema Sood the OT not much better. She did discharge my mother and refused to set new goals and work on other things my mother couldn't do. Every session with Seema was exactly the same in the same order. Her new OT hasn't repeated any activity. Finally Sharon the old bity in the front office yelled across the waiting room you realized you missed your OT appointment. I replied no she didn't. She continued to argue and stated I would need to prove it. So I did; went home got the schedule they provided and all I got was oh our computer messed up. No apology for anything. What a joke...... no compassion for their patients.

My son had to come here for his ankle. His appointment was at 1pm it is 130pm and we are still waiting in the waiting room. They used to do good therapy, but this wait time is ridiculous. I am getting ready to leave. I've been here before and it doesn't take that long to get someone back for therapy. Poor work

I’ve went there a couple different times for therapy, each had about 10 sessions. They were all good and treated me nice. Only wish they had a massage therapist as well.

It seems very well ran. I got in on time. Therapist was very good and Equipment seems quite adequate. From my experience I would recommend.
