Ascension St. Vincent Fishers Physical Therapy

My husband had rotator cuff repair 3 years ago. His shoulder never really seemed to bounce back from another PT location. After seeing Kacy and another physical therapist at this location, his shoulder is stronger! Thank you.

Children OT/ Speech (Over 2 years Wasted): Too many issues but here are the biggest. 1) Allowed referrels to lapse causing billing as Point of Service. 2) Did not bill insurance for over a year on some visits. 3) Still foghting with billing over hundreds of dollars due to office failure to renue authorizations with primary care (also in Ascensions System) 4.) Nor being moved to collections despite months of being told bills were at no fault of my own. 5) Rigid attendance schedule not allowing for family with demanding schedule nor consideration for children with Autism. 5.) The big one but no issue sonce i got my child there the absolute incompetenece in some of the staff to work with children on the spectrum is beyond rediculious. Since getting my child out of there the cookie cutter cramming of treatment down my childs throught and the way i was treated for not "reniforcing" the techniques. I will never stop telling people about how this experience and this location is no place for special needs children.....unless the staff really likes you and you meet all their demands then your good. I have more details but this place has and is continuing to waste my time and have to go back and fight with billing cause we are in collections over services that when properly billed were ZERO DOLLARS TO MY FAMILY.
