Ascension St. Vincent Clay Therapy

It's a shame they think the only time ever wasted is theirs. Gave insurance info prior to arrival, stated they take ALL varieties of this insurance. Mis- scheduled my appointment and told me 10, was actually 2. I completed forms, copied insurance, returned FOUR hours later. They tell me in the lobby they do not accept the insurance and have NO IDEA what I would have to pay out of pocket for their services. Absolutely ridiculous waste of my time. Buh-bye

What started out as a pleasant beginning ended with frustration and I cancelled my appointment. Scheduled physical therapy for post complete knee replacement two weeks prior to surgery. When scheduling I was told my insurance (through another hospital) may not cover treatment. Two weeks of following up with phone calls, emailed a copy of card (front/back) no answers were provided. Becky never had an answer and didn’t seem to care and Dee was always out of the office sick. In the end I cancelled my therapy and went with a better knowledgeable and equipped provider. Working in healthcare myself, I understand working with insurance can be a headache but two weeks of no answers and poor customer service, do better Ascension!
